From the moment we pulled up to reception we had a lovely experience. Reception is filled with movies and games and some local suppliers wares. The Lodge had a lovely vibe as we walked in had a lovely lamp and some relaxation music playing. The kitchenette was clean and had everything except a bottle opener. All the beds were lovely and soft. Bathroom was clean and full of enough supplies for all of us. We had a swim and sauna and the pool was a lovely temperature for us to be in it while it was raining. We had a fire on both nights of our stay and having a starter kit and firewood available was great.

We couldn’t fault much of anything. Lisa at reception was amazing, friendly and very accommodating with the samples of hot chocolate and extra towels after mishap in bathroom. The on site restaurant had great food, good service and lovely atmosphere. Kondalilla resort offered us a very relaxing two night stay surrounded by the sounds of running creek, birds and wind in the trees. The fire place kept us warm and cosy. We highly recommend this resort and will be returning at a later date.

Amazing isolation in nature.

Parking spot for chalet 11 is all apparently notorious for roosting birds, but this was not relayed to us and our car was was showered by what looked like 60 birds. Suggest u park elsewhere if staying in chalet.

Beautiful location, well thought out resort. The cabin was very comfortable with everything you need. The restaurant was comfortable with great food and service. The bathrooms were ample and the robes were a hit.

The master bedroom mattress had extreme conclaves where people have slept before hand on both sides of the bed. It needs a new mattress. We also weren’t told that there would be no phone service or wifi access in the cabin before we arrived. Having to walk to access wifi was difficult at times as I have a disability that impairs my mobility.

What a beautiful, serene haven to enjoy nature and recharge. Absolutely loved waking up to the beautiful view of the rainforest from my bed. The log fire was amazing and kept the chalet super warm and cosy. The spa bath was relaxing, and the rainforest view from the spa bath was intoxicating. This is the 5th time we have stayed and in various different cabins. All were lovely but this one was our favourite. We will be back. ❤️

Very nice, relaxing and tranquil stay, particularly the cabin with the bath on the balcony.

Kondaillia don't offer breakfast. It was recommended we drive into town. Additionally, we attended the restaurant in the afternoon to have a cocktail and listen to the last 30mins of the live singer, however, when we arrived the singer was on her last song. That was at 330pm. The information provided in the rooms states the singer is there until 4pm.

The log cabin surrounded by the rainforest was spectacular. The interior of the cabin was very clean and amazingly comfortable. The small touches of having the AC already on and the custom DVD of relaxing music playing for when we arrived was magical.

We had a little hiccup with the stairs to the kitchen and our little boy, especially at night. A low laying guide light over the stairs to the kitchen would have been helpful for our son to see the stairs better.

it is at an absolutely incredible location. it was quiet, and big enough for two people. There was good communication from the resort, and they were very kind when I meat them. comfy big bed, fire place with wood, two little balconies, it was really lovely.

The cleanliness was not perfectly for my liking. It was clean, but the things in the cupboard were not freshly washed. the wood that was provided was wet, so we could not light it which was a bit of a hassle. But we could heat with the air conditioner which was good.

Very good evening meal. Very welcoming and friendly service but not intrusive. House keeping ervice very supportive. Everything provided in Spa room. Wood stove excellent and atmospheric Very private. Not overlooked by any other rooms. Fantastic to have walks start almost outside front door. A great experience Looking forward to coming again.

Honestly- nothing!!

The surrounds are wonderful. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient.

The bedroom in our unit was EXTREMELY small. We initially couldn't even close the bedroom door until we pushed and jammed the bed up against the opposite wall to release the door from behind bed frame. There was only one bedside table with lamp in bedroom because the room size was way too tiny and cramped to accommodate a double/ queen bed. Not a pleasant room at all. Apart from the bedroom the rest of unit was good.
