Noosa Harbour resort is an excellent, family friendly resort that Ive visited since 1996. The pool, spa and sauna area are the real draw cards for this resort - all being very clean and well maintained. The gardens and bbq area are also exceptional. We stayed 7 nights and had a great family holiday.

Its a shame the sand has been washed away from the front of the resort exposing the rocks below. This area has now been shut off and as a result there was a note in reception advising that the Stand up paddleboards and sea kayaks were unavailable for hire. We had a middle level 3-bedroom river facing apartment and the kitchen and floors etc were a bit dated. The beds were also not super comfortable.

Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Great on site facilities - pool, spa, BBQs, underground parking and private beach access.

Guy on reception was not the most helpful or friendly. Neighbour noise, from two full time residents, although when asked neighbour did reduce very loud TV volume. Very stingy provision of consumables ie loo roll and washing up liquid, given minimal amount and expected to purchase more from reception. It's a small matter but leaves a poor impression.

Big apartment with almost all you can need on your holiday! Good location between Noosa Heads and Noosaville, easy to drive, walk or take the free weekend bus. Loved the pool area and bbq. Did not try the sauna for some reason, although sauna is a big thing for us Finns.

The dishes were not very clean, might be because only a small amount of washing-up liquid was provided. Maybe previous visitors hadn’t bought their own? It would be a good idea to provide washing-up liquids (for machine washing too) so people would keep the dishes tidy!

Loved the river view room. Such a wonderful setting and relaxing, even when it poured raining. My kids loved the pool here. Kids pool and adult pool option and a spa. The grounds are beautiful.

Long 15-20min walk to Hastings Street. Parking is shocking there so walking is the main option, but with kids was not the easiest. Beds weren't the most comfortable, quite hard. Rooms has no air con so quite stuffy.

Location was great. Nice being by the river and only a 15 minute walk from Hastings street via a flat path. Also our balcony was huge which was nice to have meals on.

Our dishwasher was faulty for a couple of days but it got fixed.

the resort was super clean and looked after, bbq area and pool area superb. Our apartment looked brand new, beds very comfortable, Kitchen beautiful with everything we needed. Location is also great. Staff was friendly. All in all very happy with our stay

Our apartment, as beautiful and great it was, was with "garden view" (which was in the garden block), turned out to be facing the quiet no-through-place ....and every night all resorts in that street, including ours put out garbage/recycling bins and they were collected every morning between 6am and 6.30am which was not overly impressive :( If we book this place again, I will make sure to ask for an apartment not facing the street side.

Balcony apartment and easy to access underground car park and bed was comfortable.

Beach was not appealing as there seemed to be dredging going on. There was maintenance being conducted outside our room which woke us up from the concrete drilling. The stench of the dust was overwhelming. The toilet roll holder would fall off the wall occasionally.

We loved the room, the modern appliances and the view was spectacular, the facilities were excellent. The pool, the tennis court... Everything was very nice. The distance to the main areas was great too.

I didn't like the fact that we had to pay for extra dishwashing liquid and dishwasher powder and toilet paper. It cost us over $1700 and we had to pay for more is these small items. Leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

The pool was really good. The reception and staff were really good being friendly and helpful.

Being woken up every morning at 6.00 am by the dustbin waste collection vehicles emptying the numerous dustbins put out in front of the premises and adjoining premises which our apartment and all one bedroomed apartments happened to overlook. There are no lifts and we were on the second floor which was not good for moving suitcases although staff offered to help.

That we had to pay for basics like dish washing liquid, we had to pay for hire of pool towels. The mop in the unit was unusable, but fortunately, the manager replaced it promptly when we made him aware of its condition
