I liked that I had the best night sleep straight around 7-8 hours without waking than I’ve had in so many years I can’t remember I did have a long drive plus 2 alcoholic drinks and sleeping meds but I had the best sleep but the beets was uncomfy the mattress is to hard so was the single bed mattress

the office closes to early we were travelling adhoc go with the flow find a hotel and stop before dark for a sleep then start again tomorrow morning we’ll the office called me at 5pm approx asking when are we arriving to the hotel I said 5.20 pm well we arrived at around 5.25 pm she shut the office up almost she said she was closing at 5.45 pm lucky we got there to get the keys and checkin

Beds were ok, however it could have been better, was still nostalgic as I'd stayed there as a kid and they were the same as they were in the late 80's and 90's... could do with a little updating, however great value for money and would stay there again... lets see what the new management does there now that they've taken over.

A tad outdated and older room smell, the new management should start to shine with some much needed TLC... the main issue we suffered is that some of the other guests kept smoking right in front of our room.

Due to car problems and our driver being in Sarina we were all messed about for two days and during this time the staff were extremely understanding and helped us whenever we needed extra help for example late check-out. It was convenient to our family and shopping centres.

As I use a walking stick it would have been nice to have some sort of railing to hold on to in the shower. Other than this we felt it was value for money.

Great value for the money. The children loved the pool and being able to access it at anytime.The laundry facility was great being able to wash and dry your clothes with a family is a bonus

We had a family room that had interconnected doors It would have be great to have had a microwave in the to help with expenses for food. There is a barbecue in the pool area we could have accessed but it rained for the 4 days we were there and the area is not covered.

It was clean, very close to everything, easy to access. The lady that showed us to our room was bubbly, informative, made sure we had extra milk and was just amazing after a 7 hour trip

The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the noise of the traffic, but we were the first room road side. Next time I will book a room on the other side and it would be perfect!

We had a lovely stay, the location was great . Although the restaurant was not open, we we're advised that a Chinese restuarant was close by. Also as a storm was just starting as we arrived , an under-cover carport was available to stay dry whilst unpacking the car. We would happily stay there again.

The property owners are lovely! Very friendly and accommodating. Absolute value for money! It was comfortable & good location.

The bed was uncomfortable for me. Rooms are on the smaller side with not a lot of room for luggage. The curtains could be updated or a roller blind to help block out the lights at night

Did not have breakfast as we left quite early. No time for brekkie. The motel met our expectation. The warm welcome by the staff and answered all our querries. We were happy with our stay.

As far as we are concerned. The motel met our expectation. The parking is just in front of the room. We did not have to walk and carry our staff quite far.

The motel is well located, the reception staff was efficient and friendly. The room is relatively small but clean.

The walls are a bit thin. We were unfortunate to be next door to another guests who were having a big domestic situation. They were extremely loud and swearing at the top of their voices. Most unpleasant.

Great stay. We have stayed a few times now and keep coming back. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Kids love that you can borrow a DVD from reception to watch before bed time

Family room is a bit tight, but we are there to sleep so it works well for us. Still recommend family and friends as the managers make the stay amazing.
