Nice apartment - clean, reasonable location, small pool area nice, undercover parking

Direct access to beach is misleading - it’s at least a 5 minute walk; Only had AC in the lounge area. 4 people stayed for 3 nights and we only got 1 spare toilet paper roll - despite texting the reception with our unit number, they basically said we needed to purchase our own as they only offer a starter pack - at over $300 per night I would have thought a few extra rolls wouldn’t have been too much to expect. The last thing we wanted to do was go in search of loo paper on a Sunday evening after we’d had a few drinks!

AMAZING views. Panoramic ocean views, whales and dolphins swimming past every day. Kitchen and apartment were beautifully stocked.

Quite dirty, sand in lots of places. Single beds were around 20 years old....

We found the updated kitchen good. The view was terrific too. We liked how close we were to the main town and the beach. The pool and spa were good and we used them every day it was great to have two bathrooms and a full kitchen. It was quiet and relatively private too.

We found the couch very uncomfortable also the dining chairs and table were super uncomfortable. The beds were ok but overall given we were staying for a week we expected there to be more attention paid by the owners to providing a comfortable place to stay. The kitchen appliances were cheap and I’m glad we bought our own coffee pot. Most guests would be happy with the Nespresso supplied.

The view was amazing, being walking distance to the beach access and only a short drive (4 min) to the nearby supermarket in Noosa Junction was great too. Had issues with our wifi, but the staff were quick to remediate this. Even had an early check in which was fab, and very appreciated. Pool and spa was also a plus! (The best time for us to use it was in the evening, when less kiddies were noisy and around).

The cleaning was definitely not very good, still remnants of the last guests toothpaste drops on the bathroom cabinets, and cockroaches too! Some of the couch pillows had really funky smells which was gross. And the kitchen supplies were so slim, with no pepper or oil, and other basics utensils, so we ended up not cooking much. Definitely a bit aged overall, needing a spruce up I think.

The location was great. Looking over the ocean was amazing and being able to just walk to the beach was worth its weight in gold. The layout of the flat was good, lots of space and it was supplied with everything you would need (including dishwasher tabs and washing powder).

The kitchen was supplied well, but a few of the pots were a little worse for wear... Lose handles were concerning. The linen and towels were all super clean which was great, the bathroom and kitchen were clean but the place could use a good deep clean, quite dusty. Most dishes needed to be washed before use.

The apartment was spacious, spotless, and free from any unpleasant odors. It was well-stocked with plenty of cutlery and crockery, making meal preparation easy. The staff were warm and welcoming, adding to the positive experience. The pool was pristine, and the hot spa was a true highlight – both were excellent. We also appreciated the immaculate BBQ facilities, which were a great bonus. The standout feature, however, was the ocean views. Dining on the balcony with such stunning scenery was an unforgettable experience – pure perfection.

Absolutely amazing location and unbeatable sea view from the apartment! Great pool and access to the beach. The apartment has everything you need and is also a short walk to the local cafes. The staff also kindly allowed a last-minute request for a later checkout to accommodate our sleeping baby so thank you 🙏🏻

Attention to detail with cleaning could be better. The apartment seems clean but unseen areas are not i.e. the tv shelves were dusty, under the sofa was dirty, the blinds were dirty, the toaster was dirty. Cleaning was probably ok for day-to-day guest turnover but the apartment definitely needs a deep clean all over. Also, having the apartment right in front of the pool is not the best with unsupervised screaming children so keep that in mind if you travel with a baby who needs to nap during the day.

Location was great. The view from our apartment was superb. Access to the beach was nearby. Quite and not overcrowded. The apartment had all the necessities for when you are a couple of days away from home. Plenty of cooking pots, glasses ,cups and cutlery. It also had a small coffee machine and small sandwich press. There was a cupboard full of books and games.

The apartment furniture was a bit outdated like the couch, the dinig table. The apartment had only one bathroom. Windows were dirty at arrival. Kitchen sink was also a bit dirty. Pool area was very mediocre. No bbq on site. Small gaming area with a ping pong table and air hockey table.

Super spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the tops of trees and of the sea spanning one whole wall of the apartment! Really comfortable beds. Ideal location right in front of a beach with a great little surf break. Close to everything. Super helpful management. A lovely pool area which even had a heated jacuzzi overlooking the beach. Easy parking.

In my ideal world I would have a heated swimming pool but I don’t think these exist in this area and for good reason as the heating would be redundant most of the year! The kids still got in the pool for a dip! It was mid winter when we stayed and having a heated jacuzzi outside was pretty nice!

Excellent view -saw whales. Lovely sunny patio in the morning, sheltered from the wind. Once the sun was gone the heater was necessary due to cold winds. Kept us nice and toasty. Kitchen well stocked with equipment. My Mum has mobility issues -23 stairs (told us 7) was too much for her, so they moved us to a lower apartment, which worked out great. They were very willing to rectify issues. Really friendly couple.
