Location was central (5 mins walk to shops, cafes. 15min walk to beach/river). Spacious and nicely furnished apartment (unit 4). Not all units are the same, our friends were in another 2 bed unit not nearly as nice as ours! Room included 2 bathrooms, 1 bathroom had a bath which was good for the kids.Room included tea,coffee, bathroom products, washing products, netflix. Kids loved heated pool. Tennis raquets and balls available from reception at no extra cost.

Nothing! A lovely apartment, we would stay here again but only in Unit 4. Our friends were in another Unit that was not as nice as ours. If I would have been given their unit, my review would not have been as good!

Location of the place is really good - short walk to a shopping center for groceries and nearby are a few nice restaurants and coffees. The center of town and the beach are also not far - probably 20-30 min walk if you don't want to take a car. The pool was a saltwater pool which I prefer to chlorine and water was clear and pleasant to swim. I had 3 room apartment that had massive terrace looking at nice garden. I loved staying there in the morning listening to the birds. The apartment was clean, spacious and with good furniture. The kids did not complain about WiFi range or speed so I guess this means it is good :-) Parking is secure (code to enter) underground and also the complex gates close/lock at 10pm for security, but you have code to enter if you are out and about after that time.

If you are staying up to 7 nights, the staff will not replace towels and bed sheets. Towels were a bit more of a hassle to us as we had to wash and dry them ourselves, but so long you are aware of this and are happy to do it - you will enjoy the stay.

What a fantastic place to stay! The staff are helpful and friendly! If you are driving a car, there is great undercover parking and secure. The apartment we stayed in was recently renovated, I believe and it was comfortable, clean and spacious it had all necessary facilities.

Everything was great, the only minor suggestion would be around the sauna entrance. Perhaps more lighting, if some exhausted parents is looking a small relation time after the kids go to bed.

The location was brilliant. We absolutely loved the view. The spa was a bonus because we didnt realise we'd booked the penthouse. It was very easy and comfortable with our 3 daughters. The 3 separate balconies meant we could all enjoy outdoors. The pool was very nice. It was peaceful and beautiful.

The kitchen didnt have enough of the esssentials ie salt and pepper, plastic bowls and enough glasses. Also there was alot of mould especially in the main bedroom along the ceiling, windows and curtains. The bathroom needed ventilation.

The apartment we were given (12A) did not look anything like the numerous modern rooms pictured on booking.com - it was much more basic and not exactly aesthetically pleasing. However it was a large, clean, well equipped apartment with a fabulous balcony and lovely pool area. It also had a little bbq area that anyone could use and the parking was excellent (under the building).

It’s at the top of a large hill so if you have mobility issues you’d need to drive down to the beach/restaurants and I don’t remember seeing that mentioned when we booked. We were expecting a modern apartment but we got a very basic place with old sofas, etc and the AC was only in the lounge so the room was quite warm at night.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in walking distance to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. The pool facilities were very nice with a heated jacuzzi pool. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry supplies. The apartment was exceptionally clean.

We were located on the ground floor and because of the shrubs outside we received zero sunlight in the apartment all day. There was also quite a severe and unpleasant smell of dampness in the main bedroom. There were dehumidifiers hanging from the curtain rods and some in the bathroom, however the smell was still quite strong.

Everything was perfect! We really loved our stay here and it exceeded our expectations! The pool is amazing and has a hot tub as well. The apartment was very clean and had everything you could need. The receptionist Kerrie was outstanding and helped us with everything we needed! Two people in our group had just gotten married and they left us a bottle of champagne and the cutest note! We will definitely stay there again when we visit noosa! Thanks Kerrie and team!! Location is fab as well:)

From the moment we arrived and greeted by the friendly lady at reception, we were really impressed with the Noosa Hill Resort. Our apartment was absolutely beautiful, recently renovated with Smeg and Miele appliances. We would happily have moved in! The beautiful sundeck on the roof with stunning views and a private hot tub was the (unexpected) icing on the cake for us! The pool area was beautifully maintained and it was lovely to sit in the cabanas and watch the kids play in the pool. The location was perfect, walking distance to both Noosa Junction (which we much prefer for cafes and restaurants) and also the beach (admittedly the walk back was tougher up the hill!).

This was a spacious one bedroom unit with all the facilities you could ask for. We appreciated the washer and drier, the kitchen was well appointed with a large fridge. The 2 balconys (summer/winter) were outstanding. The view was excellent. It was clean and tidy with secure undercover parking, which we found you access around the back of the property. Property manager and wife were cheerful and very helpful. It was a pleasure to find such a helpful couple.

We could not fault the unit only the people across the road had a spot light directed at our bedroom window all night. The parking was excellent but you had to know how to exit as the button was on a pillar in the middle of the underground parking lot. Great property manager came to our aid.

The room was beautiful. It was huge with plenty of space for a family: lots of storage, large bathrooms, a full laundry with room to hang your washing out, a huge balcony, and a very well appointed kitchen. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The only slight downside is that it's up a bit of a hill from Hastings. Dragging little kids and beach stuff would be a bit of a pain, and the walk up following the Noosa marathon is a struggle :P But for most, the location would be fine.
