Views of the sea was great, especially each morning at breakfast and in the late afternoons during happy-hour. We could see the whales surfacing most days.

Beautifully appointed 3 bedroom penthouse with gorgeous views to the west across Laguna Bay. Quality furnishings and kitchen utensils made dining-in a pleasure. The generous supply of kitchen and cleaning 'basics' made a trip to the shops on our 5 night stay unnecessary. Access to a collection of 'holiday reads' and beach towels were a thoughtful touch. Fabulous location, a brief 7 minute downhill walk to Hastings Street and Main Beach. So delightfully comfortable and beautiful - we would definitely stay again.

Noosa Drive can be very busy during holiday periods and sound does tend to travel up the hill. Late-night revellers from the nearby Pub can also be heard.

We stayed 2 nights in a 1 bedroom townhouse (number 16). The location was perfect, around 10-minute walk downhill to the centre of Noosa (uphill on way back!) The Noosa vibe was pretty hectic so we appreciated staying in a quieter location away from all the crowds. Townhouse 16 was set back from the main road so we didn't hear traffic noise. The apartment was 2-level, spacious and nicely decorated. The gardens and water features around the property were really pretty and well-maintained.

A strong, unpleasant perfume smell was present in the apartment when we arrived. We opened sliding doors on both levels but the smell didn't diminish throughout our stay. It seemed to come through the aircon unit. Not nice for sensitive noses!

Great apartment to stay in for a holiday. Our apartment had an upstairs and downstairs area, very open and spacious kitchen, dining and entertainment area upstairs. Bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry downstairs. Spa bath in master bathroom and dual shower heads in the shower were a great touch. Room to room adjustable air conditioning for family members who like it colder or warmer than others. This was a perfect apartment to stay in and we have zero complaints.

An update on electronics in rooms would do great for this apartment. Although there is a very big tv in the main entertainment area, a bigger tv in the master bedroom and another tv in the second bedroom would be perfect

The location is great, so was the pool, spa, and the set up of the apartment. There were 5 adults staying and it was spacious and well appointed. We loved the deck and the views. However, over and above all this are the amazing staff. My husband took seriously ill during our stay and they were truly incredible. I must make particular mention of Mel and Adrian - there couldn't be a resort in the whole of Queensland that had more caring staff. Our sincerest thanks to them both.

View, location and the pool were all excellent. The apartment was well furnished and clean. It was great that it included a few items like games and Netflix etc.

The BBQ was not working well (auto lighter and needed a service in general). The beds in the main room were saggy and gave us both a bad back. Finally, although well fitted out in general, the kitchen utensils and ancillaries were a bit old and for a low cost, could be upgraded. Also - the bin provided was way too small. Coffee machine also broken.

Very spacious apartment with great room facilities. Air con in every room and large outdoor seating area. Pool was great. Whenever we had an issue the reception staff were very helpful. Great location…less than a 10 min stroll down to Hastings Street. Noosa is one of our favourite Australian locations. Apartment was much better than expected and we’d recommend to anyone.

Not much. If anything, the pool could be cleaned a bit later than 6am but a minor complaint.

Large and spacious accomodation with fantastic views from the top balcony. A short ten minute stroll to Hastings street, we did not find the walk down and back up the hill that difficult with a toddler and a stroller like others have said. Friendly and receptive management, overall we were extremely happy with our stay. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Some elements of the room were showing some slight wear and tear. Very minor.

The apartment and location was beyond amazing. So bright and airy. So much space for my 3 kids and stunning views. We hope to return in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Noosa.

Not a negative but a suggestion: The pool itself was lovely and perfect for kids and adults alike. It could be revamped to be more aesthetic. Soome nice plants, fix the jacuzzi and replace the glass fence opposite the pool as it looked old and worn.

The kids loved the heated pool and spa. We have always stayed on Hastings St on all our previous stays in Noosa but Noosa Hill was a great location close enough to the hustle and bustle of Hasting St and also easy to escape the hustle and bustle of Hastings St. Also an easy walk to Noosa Village with all the restaurants (which were easier to get into without booking months in advance) and shops. We loved the IGA, which was very close, with its fabulous range. The apartment is well furnished, extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking anything. It, also, has high ceilings, lots of natural light and a smart TV in every room.

There are no block out blinds/curtains in the apartment, only sheer curtains, and therefore when the sun came up so did we. Also, there was only 1 bathroom in our apartment. It could really do with another one, especially if renting to a family of 5. I would replace the huge WIR and bath only in the master with an ensuite bathroom. The apartment could do with a BBQ on the verandah.
