It was a great vacation for us. Great staff and facilities. However, the hotel was in nature and surrounded by trees, which was a beautiful thing.

We stayed 7 days in 3 rooms with our family friends. We asked them to give us a room with a sea view and rooms on the upper floors and they gave us the first floor. We did not find the cleaning sufficient because only a basic cleaning was done for 7 days and the floors were not cleaned.

Huge apartment, set in bush surroundings. Use of both pools. Easy walk to Hastings Street with a buggy service if you don’t fancy the walk back up the hill!

Beautiful calm location nestled in the national park, with easy access to the buzz of Noosa's main street. Many staff were clearly new or untrained, but most made an effort and we felt welcome.

Overall the restaurant staff were excellent, which provided a contrast to the head waiter. He seemed to have attended a European version of the Basil Fawlty School of Hospitality - curt to the point of brusqueness, deliberately unhelpful and condescending at the same time. He even managed to hit me in the chest with my dinner plate! While we found it quite funny, his manner probably explains why the dining room was empty at the busiest holiday period.

We stayed in a three level villa and it was very comfortable for our three families (four adults and three small children).

One of the golf cart drivers (a young lady) was VERY rude to my daughter and her young children. She tried to deny them a ride back from the beach because my daughter wasn't able to produce the "cart ride card" that we were issued when we checked into the Resort. We were only provided with one card and it happened to be with me at the time and I wasn't with them. It was a vert HOT day (27 November 2023) and the kids were tired, hot and "cranky" after a day at the beach. It must (or should) have been obvious they were staying at the Resort. Why else would someone with two very young children with beach attire, towels, etc. want a ride to the Resort? This bad experience created unnecessary stress for my daughter and her young family and made an otherwise wonderful experience less so...

The staff were exceptional. Nothing was too difficult for the team. Mary and the breakfast team were fabulous. Mary was particularly great at taking a group photo for our 6 family group! Sofia at Events was also very helpful and our family talent show was a huge success in the theatre! The reception team, helped us for every request and gave great local information too. We loved the family pool, the quick room service with great hot chips, the games room, common lounges, buggy service and great location to the beach and Hastings st. Stephanies Spa was fabulous too. I had a wonderful massage from Laura.

A couple of the apartments (of the 6 we booked) were in noisy locations, which was unavoidable I think. The road into the resort is used as walkway particularly at night by non guests and at times they were noisy and disruptive. The family pool was also crowded out by more than 20 teenagers that were not staying at the resort on 1 afternoon. The staff had to remove the group and handled it well with grace. A security update (having the pool with a card entry) might solve this situation again for the resort in the future.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the villa was. Beautiful comfortable lounge area with big television. 3 large decks with nice bushy outlooks. The master and ensuite were spacious and comfortable. Having a garage was very handy. The whole place has a lovely feel to it. Loved the location which was nice and handy to town. Buffet breakfast and resort facilities were excellent. Restaurant was handy but very pricey and could be warmer during winter.

Kitchen wasn’t well equipped. For a property of this price point, a few extras in the kitchen wouldn’t go amiss.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Kids really enjoyed the buggy rides and the proximity of the beach was great! Breakfast was really good! ..it would have been nice to have that option for lunch as well (or perhaps an extended menu for lunch)

It is more expensive than I would have liked and the only reason I booked here was because of a special occasion (10th wedding anniversary) Otherwise, I would likely have looked for somewhere with more value-for-money. Still, we did enjoy our stay here.

Loved the location being walking distance to Hastings Street, noosa Beach, restaurants & the noosa national park trail. Superb! The hotel gave us a complimentary bottle of wine, a one bedoom with a bath tub, and a handwritten card for my partners birthday, which was very thoughtful & nice! Love that the hotel also sells snacks at reception. Great for us young folk who love to snack and have a sneaky drink at night. The day spa was brilliant. Amazing facility. The room was dimly lit, the ambience was perfect. It was very romantic & the massage was fantastic. We had our own little hot tub & 30 min couples massage. Couldn't recommend highly enough! Very relaxing & worth the $$. Hotel lap pool was also nice as it was heated. Great for the cooler weather. The buggy service was also helpful & quick to respond. :)

The reception staff manager could have been slightly friendlier as we felt a bit out of place as we spoke to her at front desk. Possibly, she was having a bad day & needed a hug! :) Other staff were very friendly and helpful however. The restaurant at hotel was a bit pricey, with small portions of food. We expected a bigger meal for the price we paid. However, food was tasty. Room door key got stuck a couple of times. No other issues. Was a great location for the price we paid.

Service & Staff were great, couldn't fault. The staff went above & beyond. The Buggy service from reception to Hastings street was really convenient, especially during the heat & humidity. Lagoon Pool was great and was close to our room. Has pool bar that was open on the weekend. Facilities were amazing, gym & steam room. Stephanie's Day Spa was fabulous. Also love that the lush tropical gardens were well maintained.

Pools were good, although it would've been great to access the pool that overlooks the beach that is advertised on the Peppers promotional material. Breakfasts was lovely, plenty of choice, however a personal preference would have been to have Pancakes feature in the buffet more frequently (instead of Waffles)

The games room. our kids were very excited to visit it, having seen photos on the website. we had recently stayed in a couple of hotels in California with excellent game rooms where all of the games were free. We were therefore very disappointed that every game in the game room required money. Even worse, they needed coins, which we do not carry. It was therefore the equivalent of taking them to a video arcade. We would have thought for a resort of this calibre, a games room that had free games for guests would be appropriate and a good investment in terms of kids’ satisfaction.
