I love Itara as it is surrounded by beautiful river and lots of greenery and trees. The wildlife- birds etc is amazing. We are close to the public pool and other amenities including the library and the fantastic art gallery. The cafe was excellent and reasonably priced. We went walking on the first night to find eateries and was easy to find.

No, nothing we didn't like. One thing though, is that as there are 2 elevators we unfortunately went into the wrong one and got stuck in there. Lenny was excellent. Maybe a sign for both eleavators to show people which one they should be accessing to get to their apartment.

A nice apartment in a park-like location. Well equipped with a full-size fridge and a large balcony overlooking the river. Secure underground parking appreciated, as was the washing machine (and powder). A short walk to a cafe for breakfast or coffee as well as easy access to walking paths along the river. Close to the Bruce Hwy so easy and quick trips to visit relatives.

Not much to criticise. Lounges could perhaps do with an upgrade/refresh.

The location is fantastic! With lovely views of the river it’s so easy to go for a walk along the paths. It’s also just next to the public pool which was amazing for a quick swim. Only a short drive to the nearest shopping centre also - very convenient; and a 20min drive into town. The amenities were clean and the rooms were spacious. The aircon and fans kept us cool.

Unfortunately there weren’t any basic cooking ingredients such as oil, salt and pepper. however, everything else catered to what we needed.

Stayed here for our 3rd visit. This would not occur if we were dis-satisfied with the apartments. Whilst the complex is quite a few kilometres away from the city & The Strand it has a major shopping centre close by as well as many restaurants and takeaways. Security is good with underground carpark and lifts accessible only with a tag. Good wifi.

Our unit would look better if a carpet-clean was carried out, although it was certainly not a deal breaker.

The location for the Riverway Stadium event was ideal. The apartment was spacious, and the terrace was a big bonus. We did not cook, but it was definitely possible, and we enjoyed the use of the washer and dryer during our somewhat lengthy trip to Australia! The bed was comfy and we loved the air conditioning in the 32 degree C heat!

It was a little sparsely decorated but clean and functional.

My husband and I enjoyed the idyllic, green, cool surrounds but thouroughly loved walking in to the spacious well-presented apartment. We appreciated the apartment's furnishings and equipment, making us feel that we had nothing more to do, but enjoy ourselves. The hosts had thought of everything that we might have needed. Much appreciated!

We had a parking space for our vehicle that was a little tight for exiting the car.

Excellent location along the Ross River, near Riverway. My family enjoyed most of the day in the Riverway Lagoon pool, which is expansive & free (with lifeguards on duty). The room itself was well equipped and very spacious. Comfortable beds and did not want for anything.

Wasnt able to make check-in so rang and gave alternative name (of friends staying with us) They said it went very easily. Stayed for concert in Riverway Stadium, extremely convenient. Secure undercover car parking for both our cars. Spacious apartment and good facilities.

Convenient location and apartment was big enough for our family of 5 people. Shopping centre and many various food outlets within walking distance to the apartment too. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very close to the river for walking etc. Very close to restaurants and meal options. Ample room for 2 couples and children if required.

I felt like the room was not cleaned adequately, like the carpets needed to be shampood and the crumbs under the lounge etc.
