Easy to check in and the staff were very friendly. The cleaners did an amazing job when tidying my room. The air-conditioning was the best part it cooled the room down down quickly. I liked the size of the bathroom. It was easy to go outside for a cigarette and they provided ashtrays for guests. The staff made you feel welcomed and they didn't pry on guests. I always got a friendly smile from all the stagg which was comforting. As I travelled alone I felt safe and secure in my room. I did not hear other guests so the walls are nice and thick. I liked that they provided some dishwashing liquid so that I could clean my cups, plates and cutlery. The pillows were quite comfortable which was good.

I would of liked some extra toilet rolls as I only had half a roll. The bed is not very comfortable but you do get use to it. The window curtains are not long enough which was a little uneasy as people can peek in if they wanted to. Although it was spacious I would of liked a small sofa to sit on to watch TV rather then at the end of my bed. Although the bathroom windows were high there was no blind or curtain which would benefit the bathroom.

The property is in a great location, central to everything, but still on the fringe of the CBD, so not so busy. Woolies is just a stones-throw away, which is handy to pick up some steaks to cook in the fantastic BBQ area. The room was comfortable, with everything needed for a comfy stay and a great price. The best thing about the property - the staff. Wonderful owner-manager who was very kind during our stay, and the same goes for the staff working there. Top-level chaps, friendly and chatty. By the way, the swimming pool is awesome.

The internet can be a little slow - but that's really it.

The location was central to ammenities, the city centre. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and very comfortable. The balcony provided enough space and comfort to enjoy the weather. The staff were professional, polite, hospitable , and provide helpful information on the area that was accurate and informative when I asked. Hospitality at its best whilst maintaining a professional manner. The location and staff maintains a very high regard for the peace and quiet to their hotel guests, to ensure a comfortable stay.

Did not stay long enough.

The room was spacious, well equipped, quiet and comfortable. It was very clean, and air conditioned on arrival which was a very welcome relief from the heat. There was very convenient parking right outside of our door. We travelled with our small dog and there were zero issues - pet friendly and easy. We didn’t get to use the pool but it looked lovely. I also noticed a laundry remove available for use which we didn’t need but which I imagine would be very handy. Trevor at the front desk was friendly and responsive and accomodating of our after hours check in and out. It was a very comfortable stay for the price and convenience - particularly given it is so difficult to find places which are pet friendly.

We had a corner room with excellent aircon and a great balcony. Pool area was lovely as was the BBQ facilities. Our bed was so incredible, I plan on buying the mattress for my spare room at home. Best nights sleep in years. Water pressure in shower was incredible. 10 mins to airport, heaps of parking available. 5 min walk to CBD.

Tracing paper toilet roll. Ended up buying something softer ones from supermarket. Reminded me of school days!

My teen and I booked last minute, a late 9pm book in. And after a very long day of travel and appts, we liked how easy it was to collect keys, get all info needed, park up and be able to walk in to condiments, comfy clean beds, hot shower, clean room at a great price. Would stay here again. Love the vibe, the cleanliness and politeness of everyone we dealt with throughout.

Forgot blankets (clean sheeting thou). This was easily solved via a txt, and when the blankets came they were soo soft and comforting. I disliked some cosmetic stuff like the popcorn stained ceiling and window laminate was in a bad way (close curtains problem solved). Flat remote batterys but we survived lol. Nothing to cry about. A bit of normal people noise but nothing dramatic.

The property was extremely inviting and very clean. The staff were equally as inviting and were happy to answer any questions! This property is both peaceful yet close to the city with everything you could possibly need within a 10 minute stroll!

The cleanliness level of the property was superb and the beds were comfy. the room was spacious and had everything you could need for your stay with utensils, shower gels hand soap, fridge and storage for belongings!

We found our room to be clean, functional and with a comfortable bed 🛏. The aircon was effective and not noisy. No real issues with bogans, fights or noise from the carpark. (We had more instances of those issues at resorts we stayed at in Darwin & Cairns). Though we did have one issue with some other guests and their late night noise & music. But it was dealt with by management quickly and effectively. The pool area and poolside BBQ area was great The Motel has a New Manager, who was friendly, efficient and for whom, nothing was too much effort or trouble.

The bar fridge was on the small side but big enough to accommodate a days supply of food and drink. Pool would benefit from having a ladder to make exiting safer for those guests physically challenged. Banana lounge needs repairing or replacing.

Guy at reception was super friendly and helpful. Really nice when you travel and are greeted like that at the end of the day. thank you for making me feel welcome :). Upstairs corner apartment, had a nice private balcony. Comfy bed, big bathroom and very clean. love the old church across the road, very central to everything.

Not the end of the world but was missing teaspoons and tea towel. The ladies sorted as soon as they knew.

We only stayed one night. The property is in a great location, walking distance to supermarket and restaurants, very quiet at night, bed was comfortable, shower was hot, room was clean, great value for a stay so close too town, with very friendly staff. We would stay here again.

Nothing major, only thing I have a pet hate for is shower curtains in bathrooms! But I get they probably easier too clean than screens.
