Secure parking and can fit our 4wd. Good location for easy in and out to places. Always have good staff. Photo is of problem that was rectified.

Had issue with bedding that was really old and stained. This was sorted asap. Have stayed here many times and never had this problem before. Only thing I would recommend is to not have a room above the gym on level one rooms 1,2,3 as you will hear the banging and thumping of equipment till midnight and then it starts back up at 5am. Sounds like someone knocking on your door loud. But the rooms are great.

I thought the layout of the room was good in that it made the most of the space available. The bed was comfortable and having a washing machine and dryer made the stay very comfortable as we did not have to bring a lot of clothes with us. The shower was powerful as the water pressure was good. Location was excellent and made getting to the football stadium easy and quick.

The pillows on the bed were hard and so the first night or two of sleep were a bit restless. It was a real shame the pool was out of action but the timing of our stay was just a bit unlucky in that respect.

great location.. 15 20 min walk and you are in the cbd.. many shop varieties.. just across from apartment were a selection of eaterys and a bar that also had a selection of food.. public transport just outside the complex.. just 10 minute walk to the football stadium that's home to the North Queensland Cowboys. better not forget to mention that there is a picture cinema between the eaterys..... where i stayed, they do have parking for guests .. all seperate from the public parking..

my view from 1 bedroom apartment was across the public car park to where all the eaterys are... that didn't worry me,. i would recommend that people booking there should query about what view the room has.

Locality was very good

We have stayed here 3 years ago and are disappointed. Cleanliness has slipped somewhat The dust on top of the wardrobes was very thick .under the sofa. Looked like it had not been cleaned for months.the bathroom is ready for a deep clean bin easy rusty skirting boards were dirty .outside table needs re varnishedp

The building was easy to find, secure parking for 2 cars for a 3 room unit. The apartment was spacious & beds were comfortable. Views were amazing from our corner unit.

Reception was a bit difficult to locate, need to signpost it better. The room was not as clean as it could be, spiderwebs on the windows, the dishwasher baskets were all rusty. Shower frames need a good scrub.

The checkin was very efficient and the staff professional and explained the car parking, checkin process well. I also needed a copy of my invoice after I returned home. This was email to me without delay or issue.

Not being able to stay longer. The room was very clean and comfortable. Well appointed with all the services you would expect in a high end apartment. All services worked and there was plenty of linen and very high end shampoos and body lotions.

Overall impressive. Location short stroll to CBD; easy access to transport and not far from the strand,airport, castle hill or shopping centres, or stadium. Comfy bed. Good amenities available- perfect for a longer stay especially. Fairly quiet. Great pool and there is a small gym available for use also with BBQ area also. The staff are fantastic and went well beyond normal to help me with my aty around travel itinerary which I couldn't be more grateful for. Thank you! Would stay again

My room unfortunately had a smell which wasn't pleasant and I had to leave the fans, aircon on and balcony door open the entire time to try let some of that leave...or my nose adjusted.

It was good clean and central to all the areas of Townsville that we required. The staff were friendly the rooms were spacious, made for a relaxing weekend

The only thing was that the doona was between two sheets and a bit stained. It would be better if was in a clean donna cover that would not incur much more washing. As it was a cool weekend you were reluctant to put doona close to your face even if you wanted to that was the only thing we didn't like

Convenient parking, close to food choices, close to supermarket, clean and comfortable.

The kitchen cupboards were difficult to open - had no handles and didn’t open far enough when pushed. But this was only a minor inconvenience.

The pool was amazing! I had it to myself which was perfect. BCC cinema is directly opposite and a new sports bar. I struggled to find the hotel and was frustrated & grumpy by the time I reached Reception. The lady at Reception is very professional,friendly and graciously accepted my apology. (Not sure I would have) This property is very close to town, shops and other restaurants. The room could use a lick of paint but otherwise was immaculately clean. Comfy bed and pillows.

The aircon rattled in the bedroom. I turned it off and used the lounge room one. I’m guessing management aren’t aware.
