Step down in dining room not defined also bathroom and toilet step down, no top sheets and shower grouting and caddy need attention It’s a first floor apartment Stairs only access, not ideal for elderly persons and the bannisters were unusable in the heat being aluminium.

We were provided a passcode to enter the premises via text. Super easy process and Myles was very helpful despite some hiccups on our end. We arrived much earlier than standard check-in and were permitted to check-in early, which was very helpful. There is a great little cafe around the corner (Skala) that has great sandwiches, baked goods, and coffee!

The only thing that could have been better appointed was the kitchen. There were dishes and pots/pans, but as we stayed in town for a week to attend a baseball tournament, we wanted to have the option to eat in for some meals. Providing kitchen basics like foil, saran wrap, paper towels, etc. would be a nice addition.

I liked that the door key was a code. Very easy. No contact with other people. Quiet.

Location, easy access, comfortable facilities.

Liked everything. If I could make a couple of suggestions: 1. instructions for the tv would help the oldies to use 2. Microwave dishes would be great. The apartment didn't have a broom but we managed to tidy up.

An absolutely beautiful stay. Myles was super accommodating and we as a family of 6 enjoyed our stay completely. It was literally 5 minute walk from the beach. Enjoyed the sports accross the road and everything was very close to the Arabella.

great location, 1 block back from beach. small 2 bedroom apartment. Neat, tidy and well maintained. exactly as advertised.

having to pay for use of washing machine and dryer was costly and hugely inconvenient in a cashless environment at moment. For price paid I would like to see this supplied without extra cost. Broom and brush/ shovel would be handy to clean up without having to mop thru. 2nd bedroom is directly off lounge room with a loose fitting sliding door so not at all noise proof but I was aware of this when booking.

Secure, ease of access with personal pin code. Reasonably large fridge, well stocked kitchen. Crisply clean linen. Towels and towels for the pool provided. Access to a laundry and pool facilities. Clothes airer, ironing board provided.

Bedrooms not airconditioned. Accesss to power points limited. Carpark is a tight squeeze.

Excellent location.

Some ants visited me in bed! Fairly easily to get rid of but there's a lot in the area. Maybe needs a pest control visit for a more lasting solution.

A lot of flies in front of ground floor entrance. Maybe a zapper or flycatcher should be placed at the table in front.

no view at all, just the neighbours gardens. An uneven number of glasses, and cutlery. luckily there were only 2 of us.
