We loved the location, so close to everything and the staff were fantastic. They allowed a super early check in which made things much easier. The bed was very comfortable, had a really good night's sleep. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

The hotel is nice but needs a good clean, lots of cobwebs and bugs around the skirting on the roof above the staircase, our room had water marks all over roof, looks like the whole room needs to be replastered. If they spent some money on upgrades this would make it a top hotel. A few things mentioned in the compendium didnt seem to be available so perhaps that also needs to be updated.

Perfectly located adjacent to the ocean in Glenelg. Easily accessible to all facilities such as tram/bus transport, cafes/restaurants, entertainment, coastal walking paths and people watching. The management and staff were very friendly and helpful when assisting with requests and local information. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the patio overlooking the park was a relaxing location to enjoy a drink towards the end of the day.

There was some occasional street noise from loud motorcycles, but in the scheme of things, very little to complain about.

The Ensenada Motor Inn is a motel I have stayed at before. It is so close to everything you could need in Glenelg…..one of the most popular beachside suburbs in Adelaide. It is close to the tram stop, retail shops, cafes and restaurants. It is a very short walk to the main shopping and cafe strip as well as the beach and there is a jetty which you can catch fish from or jump/dive into the water, depending on the tide. A children’s fun park is very close by. There is a beach bar which is very European inspired. The museum in Moseley Square is worth a visit. It is incorporated in the Visitor Information Centre. There is a Coles supermarket close by as well. Our room was a very good size, light, very clean and available in the room was an iron, tea and coffee making supplies, wine glasses, hair dryer etc and there is adequate wardrobe space. The windows are glazed to keep traffic noise out but can be opened for fresh air as well. The receptionist who greeted us was very friendly and obliging. We will be staying again next time we visit Adelaide.

There was no lift to go upstairs but it is only two stories and was manageable for us.

The location and staff were fantastic. The staff provided excellent customer service and they were all very helpful.

It seemed like our room had been renovated, except for the bathroom. The bathroom was quite dated and very poor shower pressure. After spending the whole day at the beach, shower pressure is important to wash off all the sand. Unfortunately, our room looked slightly different from the photos as we didn’t have a street view room, we were facing the car park.

The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help. The location & carpark were perfect with the bus stop right out the front of the property. It was really quiet at night which was surprising given the location so we all slept wonderfully.

There’s no restaurant or cafe or even a vending machine to get food which wasn’t really a big deal since it is in the heart of Glenelg with everything you need just a few steps out the door.

This property is across the road from Glenelg beach, very close to the main shopping area with multiple restaurants to choose from. The airport and city buses arrive and depart from directly across the road and the city tram is about 250 metres away. Clean and comfortable with friendly, helpful staff. We were able to leave our bags prior to check-in and after checkout

Clean, spacious & comfortable family room.

Lack of parking, & advertised parking that is first in best dressed, not enough for every room to have a designated park, owner came out while we were parking & was rude regarding getting in late, encouraged street parking but none available, park we secured was fine, but tight.

Great Location close to beach,cafes and shops.Lovely room .

Just quite a few stairs to reception and to get in/ out of building.No lift to next two floors either.

Location was absolutely spot on - everything we needed was right within walking distance. Bed was comfy - staff were friendly and helpful. Fridge was stocked with plenty to drink - didn't leave much room if any for anything we bought of our own

Bathroom a little outdated / small. Not much bench space to place your toiletries.

great location surrounded by lots of different food places ..close to the beach ..decent size room and very clean ..good value for money this time of the year

bathroom a bit small ..motel a little on the older side needs a bit of updating ...carpark would be s bit of a shambles if motel was fully booked as spaces are pretty limited
