Absolutely loved that the reception desk now has someone attending. The gentleman said that they had just recently brought it. He was very friendly and welcoming.

My only suggestion would to have a information folder in the room with lists and pamphlets on restaurants and attractions and with access to WI-FI etc We did get given 2 bottles of water on arrival as was a warm day which I thought was quite nice. But I did notice there was no jug of water in the fridge which I normally like to have.

Only a short walk to everything. Rooms were pleasant and you had a choice if you wanted to have your room cleaned daily

We had booked two single beds and the managers gave a choice to take a room next door. Great option. The rooms were spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was adequate. We had a balcony room with a great view and easy walking distance to Jetty road with everything you need. Access to public transport and a lovely beach to spend time and unwind.

I had the toilet roll too close to the toilet and the balcony door didn't lock. All up did not affect me too much.

All instructions for self check-in and car parking were perfect. Requested room if possible to be highest level allowed and facing city view and was very pleased this was made possible! The view from the balcony of room 114 was beautiful !

We were assigned undercover Hotel car park 1, but after entering this area there were 3 cars parked in all 3 motel marked bays, so randomly selected an empty spot (78) but the next morning upon leaving i had a note on the windscreen saying our car was in an incorrect bay and management would be contacted. Not sure of the correct procedure when all 3 bays were full of cars, perhaps this could be written on the instructions?

It was very reasonably priced considering the excellent location. Room and facilities were very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the view from the balcony was sensational. Off street parking was an added bonus.

I wish I had time to stay there longer!! I am considering returning, but for an extended period of time instead of just overnight. It is totally brilliant being within walking distance of the foreshore, Jetty road etc.

We love this motel...the upper level rooms are wonderful. We've been back multiple times and always request a microwave and cutlery beforehand. Plenty of food places nearby and Aldi too. The cleanliness is consistently outstanding. No noise from nearby rooms noticeable. We actually prefer the self check in system and find it very quick and easy to use.

Only little things. Only one room out of 3 we've stayed in needed a bit of TLC...bathroom basin scratched, duct tape or something on door frame. Room 113. There's a little bit of road noise but it quietens down later at night. Bit of plane noise from 6am. It's not too bad. Sometimes people smoke on the balconies and the smoke can drift in your room if the glass door is open. We plan to return many times 🙂

There should be better instructions for the parking, as it says free parking, but all the signs say $4 an hour. It makes it a bit hard when there are no staff to ask. We arrived after dark.

I was on my own, and I felt very safe. I could also see my car from my room so that was a bonus. I walked across the road and brought takeaway from the watermark to eat back in my room, and this worked well for me. There is a bakery a few doors down that I brought breaky from

There were no humans at check in, and it was all done at a computer kiosk. I didn't mind this, but it was a little slow and hung a few times which was a little confusing. Didn't really mind this, but it did take quite awhile at the end to go back to the home screen, so my details (room number) were left on the screen for anyone to see. This did worry me being a solo traveller. My advise would be to stay until the screen resets.

Location was fantastic. Room very comfortable. A balcony with an opening door for fresh air fantastic. Bathroom was ok there was a bit of mould around the shower alcove and the quality of the toilet paper could be better. All up great room would stay again.

Maybe without having to ask for one to be placed in the room a microwave would be fantastic. Traveling on your own a heated up takeaway is the best option.
