We are a family of 4 who travel to Adelaide often, however, this was our first time staying at Best Western Adelaide Airport. The service we received was exceptional from start to finish - The receptionist was warm and friendly - The room was modern, clean and the bed was very comfy! - Despite being on a main road and close to the airport, we didn’t hear a thing from our room - The restaurant food was amazing and my partner claims it to be the best steak he’s ever had - The lady serving in the restaurant, Kerri (I think) went above and beyond for us. As parents of small children who have been stuck travelling in a car all day, we had concerns of eating in the restaurant and disturbing other guests, so were going to eat from our room. However, our concerns were quickly laid to rest and we were seated in a bigger lounge area for the children and reminded that everyone has been through this stage in life and we were not disturbing anyone. The kids were given paper and pencils to draw with and made comfortable. We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Kerri as she eased our mind and allowed us to have a relaxing dinner which we didn’t think was possible We will definitely be stay in again

three bed house adjoining the motel for 2 night stay to go to Valo V8 supercar race. Located away from the Adelaide V8 track, but bus stop outside straight into centre of town and able to catch shuttle made the location a good option. Quiet and very comfortable bed. Reception staff went out of her way to help. 10 out of 10. House clean.

a few things need tending to. Sliding door into ensuite would not roll. Top drawer in wardrobe did not pull out. Beds on wheels in Bedrooms 2 and 3 move away from walls when you move in bed and pillows fell off. Not sure whether a pigmy attached toilet paper holders to wall as only 18 inches from the floor. Quite hard to get to. Could do with a small lamp beside beds as main ones extremely bright. Just little problems and touches that could be attended to. But overall nice place to spend a couple of nights.

Loved the spacious home we stayed in at Parador. Very neat, tidy and clean, adequate bedding which is always an issue elsewhere for the family. We were very happy with the rooms. Two rooms had large queen size bed and the other had two single beds, good size for large families and price wise was great! I think we paid around $250 for the night for 4 people. - which was an entire home!! not just two rooms..

Would have been nice to have a drier in the laundry... We arrived late and it was raining. We had to fly out early the next morning and had to travel with wet clothing as was only a washing machine. As adelaide gets cold and wet this would have been nice to have.

Reception text me during the afternoon to confirm my arrival to check in. The ground floor room was comfortable and spotlessly clean and the bathroom had been nicely renovated just recently, I think, I needed to catch their shuttle to the airport very early the following morning. The shuttle bus driver (and motel owner) was a chirpy and friendly bloke. The motel grounds are very neat and tidy.

The hot water took ages to come through in the shower and particularly, the hand basin. It was very hot when it did! The bed was a bit saggy on the sides but comfortable enough.

Beds and pillows are super comfortable. Rooms are decorated nicely. Very quiet considering its right across the road from the airport. You can't hear the planes at all. Shuttle bus also a bonus for a 6.30am drop off on a Sunday morning. Also there's free parking. Managers were lovely.

We stayed on 2 separate occasions. The first night we were at the back of the property which had less traffic noise than the front room. The noise was nothing that a couple of ear plugs didn't fix if your a light sleeper.

Secure parking with no additional charge. Very clean bathroom. Free WiFi. Well located in relation to the airport. Iron and ironing board. Queen size bed. Mini fridge. Air-conditioning. All needs were met.

There needs to be a comfortable chair to sit in. The one and only chair in the room needs to be replaced or seriously fixed. It had no foam, no webbing, no springs and no comfort. I was not aware that there is restricted staff hours on the weekend

Close to Adelaide airport, 8 min Motel has a shuttle bus service. Room 29 was King bed, Kitchenette, and courtyard. Bed super comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The rooms are soundproof as you can't hear any planes from the airport. The restaurant was amazing and with the motel. Menu small but enough to pick from. The food was fresh, delicious, and cooked perfectly. Dont go anywhere else.

I can't say I didn't like anything because this was an amazing motel.

The rooms were modern well appointed,clean and functional.

I was very disappointed there was no restaurant on site for breakfast or dinner as it was a week-end. I wrongly assumed food would be available on site being close to the airport. I could get delivery from a local pizza shop or walk over a km, which after travelling all day was not really what I wanted to do.

Location just what we wanted. Arrived via airline flight and close to a dive shop to start our trip. Also close to supermarket and department stores.

Would have like a king bed, did not offer that option. No ice machine in the commen area. Had to ask at the bar and store over night.. No mricwave in the room but there was one in the common area. The properity should post that availablity in the common area. The room was small but we managed.

Location very handy for airport and have a bus service to it. Unfortunately my flight too early to use it next day but receptionist helpful in booking me early taxi. Spotlrssly clean.

The restaurant/bar was not open during my short overnight (Sat-Sun) stay and no food available apart from tea/coffe in room and nearest shop 10 mins walk away.. Not sure if it usually open or just my bad luck.
