Location and affordable

I like the room and convenience of its location. The room is comfortable. The staff are very helpful and thank them for their courtesy.

I have stayed many times. I was a little disappointed this stay. I don't feel the room was cleaned as it usually would be. I would expect every thing to be super clean from day 1. I took a mug off the tray supplied and it was stuck to to the tray. This was clearly not picked up. So didn't feel confident to have a cuppa after that. Just the bathroom around the tap ware needs a good clean. And I'm certain it's black mould above the shower on the plaster. Perhaps this needs looking at. Also Marine view. Could not see anything for trees and bushes.

Spent 1 night before early morning O/S flight. Great price for what we needed. Older motel/furnishings but more than adequate for our requirements. Was clean, great position, very friendly staff. Was able to check in earlier than expected after calling ahead which we really appreciated. Close to Jetty Road/ eateries...very easy walk there and to the beach and tram. Have booked again for 1 night in January.

Nothing...was what we needed for a quick short stay and we will book again.

Location is great not far from the beach “ jetty road “ and tram. The staff are fantastic including there cleaners. It was a bit noisy during the day due to work being done as the new owners have only recently taken over and they are doing a bit of renovating so it’s understandable as It has to be done and it will be even better here soon.

Nothing not to like Location is the key

This was a fantastic little hotel that was very well located to everything we wanted. The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We actually decided to book another night there on our return to Glenelg because of the value for money and close proximity to everything.

It would have been helpful to have some cutlery and plates available as we brought cheese and biscuits home from the Barossa Valley and had nothing to serve it on or eat it with.

On-site easy parking, nice staff, clean comfy bed, huge smart TV. Fairly quiet once the traffic dies down.

The venue is showing its age. Leaking taps, no proper shower screen. The hot water tap on the spa is reverse to every other tap. The tap feeding the toilet leaks on the floor so there is constant water on bathroom floor running to the in floor drain.

The location is fantastic. The cleaning staff were excellent. Friendly staff, very helpful with checking in.

Having the pop up bus stop put outside on New Year’s eve. It should have been on the park side of the road.

Delightful outlook from room. Spacious Attentive staff provided microwave to heat our wheat bag cushions. Plenty of hot water available . Within close walking distance of all regional facilities.

Next time we must take a ground floor room. Found difficulty climbing the stairs with luggage . We’re helpfully assisted on arrival with this. Lack of handrails in shower. We are both over 80 and had to be very careful .

Great location and close to shopping and cafes. The room was very clean and neat, also the bed was comfortable. Everything worked well and the water pressure was amazing as was being able to have a bath. None of the other places I have stayed have had that luxury especially on a standard room. I plan on coming back next year.

The bathroom although good could use a bit of updating. Not a real complaint as everything worked well.
