Lovely modern rooms, good restaurant and wine selections. Friendly staff, good location for Barossa region, car parking close to the room.

Restaurant & bar services closed down before 9pm. We had to persuade staff to serve us a dessert and coffees after our main courses. $4 for a small bottle of water in the room. The hotel is not cheap; surely a complementary bottle of water could be included in the cost. Inclusive breakfast offered coffee OR juice and only one course choice. We had to pay extra to have juice and coffee. At $368 AUD per room this felt out of step with other places we have stayed around the world.

The hotel is located a little too far from the main shops and food venues in the area so too far to walk comfortably. We also didn’t realise when booking the hotel doesn’t offer a dinner service on selected days of the week so check that if you’re wanting to eat in. The room was thoughtfully put together and definitely had a luxurious feel to it however I felt it was pretty overpriced for what it was.

Unfortunately, the bathroom in the room we stayed in was pretty dirty and hadn’t been well cleaned. It was a little disappointing as the hotel wasn’t overly busy on the night we stayed.

spacious room, quiet aircon, excellent warm restaurant, reception and restaurant service excellent, fantastic breakfast with perfect poached eggs (thanked chef), brilliant pizza, highly recommendable property.

Some signs in our room (11) of needing a refresh - bottom of bathroom door. Difficulty of accessing light switches on the sides of the beds. Location of toilet roll - you are at risk of being sued like we nearly had to with another location where the required swivelling to reach the said toilet paper incurred a serious back injury - our solution was to place a toilet roll on the bathroom basin top. The grounds area needs a good clean-up and re-fresh! If you have Netflix & Stan included on the TV remote - can't you get a deal with them to have free access - good advertising for them?

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. We booked a superior room and were travelling with our 2 daughters and a small dog. They left out a dog bed, blanket, treats etc for the dog and the room had everything you could ever need for a comfy stay. The bed was very comfortable and the staff who serviced the room even cleaned our baby bottles and left extra biscuits for my daughter. We will definitely be returning for another state with our dog.

It was clean modern and very comfortable Our stay was very special as we are in SA from Darwin. I am here because my sons has a cancerous brain tumor. It was nice to be out of the city and to let him have a relaxing bath in a very comfortable bath tub. We are not used to the cold and to have a good soak was very good. Also we cannot sit in restaurants as he cannot afford to catch any colds. So to be able to cook was excellent! Would definitely stay again. We would like to thank management for such a beautiful facility! Renee & River

The room was excellent the bathroom was huge and the whole apartment was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and even the fold out sofa my son slept on was comfortable. We dined at the restaurant it was a lovely meal. The staff at check in, the cleaners and the staff at the restaurant were all amazing.

It would have been great if the kitchen had a toaster, it had all other kitchen equipment. Other than that could not fault the room.

We stayed in an apartment and it was beautiful. Amenities were great. We arrived to our room with the lights and heating on which was a lovely touch. Gorgeous bathroom with a huge tub. Big shower head, big fluffy towels. The bed was big and comfortable and there was a flat screen TV in the lounge and bedroom. There is a restaurant at the front with a back entry just a short walk from the apartment. The best steak we’ve ever had.

When you park your car, there is a garden between the carpark and the door. And the walkway was a fair walk down. If they put pavers in the garden to walk straight across it would be easier for carrying your luggage in.

When we arrived we were greeting with a big friendly hello and a smile. We checked in early and our rooms were ready. All the staff were so helpful and friendly and the standard of the room was amazing. We loved everything and will be back.

The paving paths outside the restaurant need an update as they are a little uneven and maybe some twinkle lights or path lights to get to the rooms via the restaurant at night time. Other than that it was perfect

Modern furnishings & large room, VERY comfortable bed, great shower with handy niche for shampoo, great restaurant on site. Convenient location to wineries we planned to visit & an easy walk to Tanunda main street (although we didn’t do that).

Accommodation area with external stairs & rooms all running off a long balcony walkway is very outdated & tired looking, giving old school hotel-motel vibes, which is an injustice to the beautiful interiors. No fly screen on window in room meant I couldn’t leave window open on the warm night we stayed, as I get eaten alive by mozzies (didn’t want/need aircon on)

Front manager Michael was very friendly and helpful with travel suggestions. Parking was easy. The staff were all very friendly

The matttress was so uncomfortable. Lack of food options on site. A cafe would have been nice. Not sure if it's the time we visited but there wasn't any vibe every time we went downstairs to checkout the bar was dead quiet. Happy hour was only on a few selected drinks.
