We had a wonderful experience at the Lyndoch Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our late check-in smooth and stress-free. The late meal we enjoyed at the pub was not only delicious but also served with a generous dose of friendliness from the entire staff. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a cozy ambiance further heightened by the warmth from the heater. The beds were a dream to sleep on, and the room was equipped with all the amenities we could ask for. It was a delightful surprise to find a fresh bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge, adding a thoughtful touch to our stay. The room was peaceful and quiet, and we appreciated the secure parking spot for our car. Overall, our experience was nothing short of perfect, and we are eager to return in the future. A definite 10/10 - thank you for your exceptional hospitality!

Great location, good room, easy to find good parking, friendly staff nice and close to the pub for beers!

Sink was leaking, tap was dripping and the base of the tap leaked a lot. Also shower curtains weren’t great would much prefer a screen feels a bit more up market. And would be good to have wine glasses in the rooms as in the Barossa valley but we just asked for some from the pub staff.

The room was lovely, except that I thought there was no spare roll of toilet paper. The staff remedied that, but then I discovered that there was in fact a spare, but on a ledge way out of my reach!

I'm on a gluten-free diet, and so the breakfast cereals weren't appropriate for me - I was going to be naughty and use the cornflakes, but had difficulty opening the pack! I'd brought some gluten-free food with me, but decided to get a dessert after dinner, and there was only the ice cream sundae option (which I enjoyed).

There was a variety of breakfast cereals in the room, but I took my own supplies for breakfast. The Hotel was located in beautiful Lyndoch, surrounded by vinyards and beautiful roses. Hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. I had a sparkling wine outside on the verandah, and enjoyed a very nice chicken schnitzel, chips and salad for dinner.

The security alarm was activated at about 3.00am and stayed on for about 10 minutes - never found out why!

Lyndoch Hotel is a quiet & comfy little gem of a place to stay. There are only three rooms tucked away behind the social area. The staff are friendly & informative, especially Mazz. The bed is most comfortable & the room had all that we needed, microwave, toaster, fridge & the shower pressure great. There was free wi-fi for those who need it. And there is ample off-street free parking. We thoroughly recommend Lyndoch Hotel for both short & long stay. Thank you to all at Lyndoch Hotel

The licensee explained everything clearly. All facilities were working and clean.

Would be good if the traveller could park outside the doors to the rooms, to avoid having to park on the entry path and carry stuff to the car, but not a major problem and we were told about it beforehand. The bistro had a good menu, good specials, friendly staff and very reasonable prlces. No bar noise was heard in the room.

Clean modern rooms on ground floor annex of busy little historic local hotel in lovely quiet Barossa town. Great for a one night sleepover (we were enroute from Melbourne to Yorke Peninsula South Australia.) Staff really friendly.

Windows could not be opened in our room (Room 1) but the quiet air con very much appreciated to do the job. A bit of noise from patrons entering and leaving the hotel bistro and bar heading for car park behind, or guests accessing adjoining other 2 rooms. Hotel closes reasonably early, so should not be a problem unless you want to sleep before 10pm.

The room was very comfortable,and even though its winter was very warm.,the wall heater was excellent.The bed was huge and very comfortable.There was lots of provisions for breakfast,including cereal and milk and lots of clean fluffy towels,more than needed.The bathroom is a little outdated but very clean.The meals are very nice and homely and there is a supermarket right across the road for extras,and a great bakery 5 minutes walk up the road as well.The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming,and I am definately coming back for another stay.

A well-equipped room with a comfy bed and facilities which included air-conditioner, microwave, fridge, kettle, TV, hairdryer, table and chairs, bedside lamp and spare electrical sockets to charge your phone or equipment. All clean, tidy and well-kept. Cereal packs were supplied for a first breakfast using the milk portions provided with the tea and coffee sachets. Near a small supermarket, restaurant and bakery for any food or supplies you might need if the pub is not serving meals that day. Staff have been helpful each time I stayed. Very quiet and restful place even when the pub and function centre were busy.

We travel a lot and it was a pleasant surprise we will definitely try to do it again we arrived late but we were welcomed and helped with everything we needed to get comfortable also great to be out of town

For the price there is nothing to complain about
