We had stayed in this vicinity before so it was easy to find. In driving up we noticed the immaculate garden. The grounds were very well kept and clean. We opened our room and were very happy with everything, fresh very clean and a great bed. The bathroom was immaculately clean . As an older establishment, the room had been freshly painted and updated. We were very comfortable in our two day stay. The full sized lounge and coffee table made us feel very much at home. We would choose this place to stay again. A little bonus was the jams and butter in the fridge. Not so usual in a self catering room.

We had no complaints at all.

The location was good for me, quiet, and over the road from the picturesque Eureka Park. It is a brisk 10 minute,stroll to Ballarat East IGA to buy all your fresh food. Good quality TV, placed on a stand and I appreciated the sachets of vegemite and jam . I had misplaced my house keys and the manager kindly checked the room to see if they were there. Fast internet connection, all cutlery were clean. The towels were fine.

The bathroom was basic but adequate. A very cold Ballarat evening and the split system struggled to adequately heat the room. However, when I turned on the booster function it was fine.

I booked this motel for my parents, who were visiting me in Ballarat. The room was clean and comfortable, the blankets were warm enough for my parents, and it is in a quiet location near a lot of tourist attractions. We thought it was very good value for money, especially just before a public holiday weekend. Parking is very easy and it is also right down the road from a big supermarket and just off main roads in/out of town.

It's not a large room so better for shorter stays. There's not a lot of food joints in this area, although it is across the road from an Indian restaurant and a short walk/drive to lots of other places (including an excellent takeaway pizza place next to the supermarket).

VERY CLEAN! we always bring “Exist Mould” spray with us, coz 3 star motels shower drain are usually full of it. NOT THIS ONE! ZERO mould. VERY IMPRESSED. the sheets vey clean, quiet the staff were very friendly and welcoming. would defs recommend to any family who have higher cleanliness habits, coz this defs reduced my anxieties about hygiene. internet also very good!

maybe the floors had some weird stains but we brought our vacuum cleaner and we always wear slippers in motels rooms anyways. there was a big space outside that maybe could of had a little playground. but the bigger playground is literally across the rd. and the bathroom being so freaky clean, made up for it

The room and bathroom were clean. Location not too far out of town. IGA a short drive/walk down the road with good selection of pre-made food. Internet was reliable and fast, including for Netflix.

The chairs for the small table didn't have any support and need to be replaced. Missing clothes drying rack in room.

The room was as I expected for the price. It wasn't explained to me that the "key" was actually a "touch code" on the back of the motels card so I thought I had dropped the key somewhere until one of the staff explained to me how to open the door. Also if two people were sharing the main bed there should be a power point on both sides of the bed which there wasn't.

Everything was more or less fine except there was not information to explain the workings of the air conditioner so if someone wasn't familiar with them they would have had to contact the reception.

Nice and quiet at our apartment. Electric blankets appreciated. Good quality instant coffee. Convenient parking.

Water on bathroom floor when we arrived; we had to use towels to mop up. Might have been some sort of leak but it didn't seem to recur during our short stay. Toilet was a little awkward to use. Clock in second bedroom kept very poor time (ran fast). Mugs were high up and hard to reach.

The room was not modern but very clean. There was very spacious lounge/dining/kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Shower was hot and strong. The room was at the back of the property and was very quiet. It was well setup for use by someone with a disability. It was far enough out of the CBD to be in a quiet area but close enough to slip in to it.

Same owners as the Victoriana Hotel - so the same standard. Rooms clean, but a little dated. Cutlery and eating utensils appreciated. Shower was spacious and full flow (which is always appreciated) WiFi seemed fine where I used it. Easy to park. Pizza guy found my room easy...

Bed was a little lumpy. Could do with a new mattress to be honest.

It’s in a great location, very quiet area. The room was exceptionally clean, has everything you could need. And the staff are wonderful.

Unfortunately the people in the room next to me had no consideration for anyone other than themselves. There was a child in the room that had a tantrum at the drop of a hat. It wasn’t just yelling and screaming, it was shrieking. I actually wondered whether the child had psychological issues. Added to that the female adult in the room had no volume button, it was disgraceful. The next morning I thought great, they’re leaving, but there was one more surprise. Somehow they got access to a vacuum cleaner and vacuumed the room. Somewhere between 7 and 8am. I’d already been awake for a couple of hours so they didn’t wake me, but I was trying to plan out my busy day. That was my first night. Fortunately my second night was wonderful.
