Room was very clean and I really liked the extra vanity table, it was a perfect spot to sit and do some drawing or writing. The front building was also very cute. Couldn't hear much from other guests either, and the spa bath was lovely. The guy managing the front desk was also amazing, he knew the area well and was able to give us some suggestions on where to get dinner.

There were a few obvious repairs in the bathroom for previous damage, but I think that's not something to blame the establishment for, I also wish there had been a jug or something to put water in so it could be placed in the fridge to cool down.

The Victoriana was so incredibly quiet. I was sceptical as it's just off the main road but it was awesome. Big room, comfy bed, a much appreciated electric blanket. The owner was friendly and polite. He could not do enough for us. Definitely will be back

I loved it here but would appreciate a brighter light in the bathroom. Kettle and drinking bottles hard to fill from a low set tap. But really it was a minor issue

The room was beautifully maintained. Very clean and fresh with no nasty chemical scents. A very comfortable bed and good coffee making facilities.

The shower was EXTREMELY disappointing. The shower head might have been the problem but it seriously needs attention. The hot water is scalding but as soon as the cold water is added, it stops the hot eater and the temperature is then icy. No amount of adjusting rectified it. The spa and hand basin did not have the same problem. Not only frustrating but very dangerous.

My room at the Victoriana was more like a small unit. Very large bedroom, small kitchenette area and very large bathroom with a large shower and a huge separate bathtub/spa. It was good to be able to spread out. On my second day in Ballarat it rained a lot and was quite cold so it was very welcoming to be able to return to my room and watch YouTube films in the large smart TV, I wasn't able to access SBS on Demand or ABC iView but maybe that was me not understanding the remote. In any case, my stay was very comfortable and would consider staying there again on my next visit to Ballarat.

There is a toaster and a microwave for heating up take away food but no plates or cutlery were provided in the cupboard. I had to ask reception for these. It would be better if they were kept in the cupboard along with the provided cups and saucers. Also, dishwashing detergent would be good. There is a chux cloth provided. I also could not work out how to turn on the spa. I followed instructions in the folder but they are different from the actual controls on the side of the spa. In any case, I managed to have a lovely deep and very warm bath in the huge bathtub big enough to fit a couple of people.

From start to finish our stay at Victoriana Motor Inn was just amazing. We were welcomed with big warm smiles and had private parking and family rooms that were close together as we had requested. To our surprise each of the rooms we had booked were huge. The spacious lounge/dining area was fabulous. There was a spa bath plus a separate shower, fridge and mini kitchen. BISCUITS with plenty of tea bags and coffee. This place was immaculate! I have never stayed in a more spotlessly clean place ever in my whole life! Absolutely incredible! Thank you so much. We LOVED it all.

LOVED THE HOT-TUB “THE STUFF DREAMS ARE MADE OF” a 3/4 person jet bath l WASNT EXPECTING. ( l wont ask when the pendulum club meet, or what they use as their “front.😎💋there is one “alledgedly” around my area that is a “sub branch” of the “traders association” (shop local🥳 )) The staff were helpfull too, (liked they actually cared!! -not lke the rockhampton greyhound terminal motel) like it was family run

This older style motel is very clean, comfortable and affordable. The main room was spacious, and there was a separate nook with fridge, microwave, and wardrobe. That led through to a spacious bathroom complete with spa bath. The bed linen was lovely and I really appreciated the electric blanket.

Nothing, really. The only thing of annoyance was the man from the neighbouring room who was smoking outside his room such that his smoke was all blowing my way. But that is no reflection at all on the motel itself.

My room was clean , bed comfortable, location was quiet , fridge was not noisy while sleeping, on check-in staff member was helpful by suggesting food places nearby . Being able to open the windows was a big bonus for me as alot of motels you can't open the windows . Thankyou

The air freshener was very strong when l first entered the room but opened the windows and turned air con on for a while

Motel rooms were large & very clean. We were able to have an early check-in which was appreciated.

Not enough crockery & cutlery. 3 teaspoons, 3 coffee mugs & 3 saucers only. A toaster was provided, which was appreciated, but at least a knife to butter toast & a plate to fit a slice of bread would have been appreciated. A couple of wine glasses would have been nice.

Stayed in a twin room. So spacious and exceptionally clean. No cobwebs anywhere which I can’t say for some motels. Beds very comfortable. Shower had amazing pressure. Would highly recommend this Motel. Very helpful and lovely staff. Great value for money. No outside traffic noise.
