The room was fitted out well, plenty of space and a comfortable bed. Bathroom and kitchenette facility fresh and clean. We only stayed one night but the lawn space was attractive for persons staying longer. We ate an evening meal at Hampden Hotel a short distance from the motel. It was busy that night but the meal was good. Car park outside the Motel door and convenient.

There is some night time commercial traffic passing on the road outside, rather noisy but acceptable.

The location was great, plus it was convenient as we had a family event to attend in Cobden. The rooms were spacious, well presented and clean.

I didn't like people smoking outside my room, as I was unable to open windows or keep my door open for the nice breeze on the hot day. Either include a designated smoking area in the garden area away from the motel units, where the outdoor furniture is, or ban it completely on site.

Located on a busy highway, as are most country motels, the noise of the passing traffic wasn't a problem and I had a very good night's sleep. The bed was comfy with nice white bed linen. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay including spacious parking right at the door. The weather was freezing but the room warmed up quickly and the electric blanket was most welcome.

The electric blanket was plugged into a power point low down behind the centre of the bed which was turned OFF. So I had to move the bed right away from the wall to access this. Hard enough for me to do, but would be impossible for some older or less able people. There was no available power point near the bedside for charging phone etc overnight. Staff member was 'OK' but lacked a warm, welcoming greeting.

The location was good as we were without a car it was easy to walk to the shopping area. It was very clean in the room we had and the beds were very comfortable. My grandchildren loved the playground next door.

I found the trucks that were passing on the main road very loud although it isn't anything the motel can help.

I absolutely loved Camperdown. It has so much going for it. The bed in this room was super comfortable. I would stay here again for sure. The pub down the road, the only one open I think was good too. Great chicken Kyiv. Hampden Hotel. Loved the beautiful old buildings here.

Great place to stay. Beds were amazing, very clean and the shower was amazing. It is situated right on the main road and could not get hear the traffic at all. The grounds around were lovely would be nice in the summer evening sitting around under the trees. Would recommend to anyone

Staff were friendly the room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast arrived on time hot and delicious. Lovely garden and seating area across from room.

As expected on the main road it was a little noisy especially the trucks.

Room was quiet and comfortable and I especially liked the complementary window wash bucket and scraper to de-ice my windscreen, this made life a little easier on a minus 1 morning.

The heater was working overtime to heat the room - maybe a little old or not powerful enough (I'm not sure) but the electric blanket worked well so wasn't that much of an issue

Looked like the motel had been newly refurnished . Very clean. A great comfortable size. It was wonderful to have a comfortable bed, couch, table and chairs as well as providing dishes, cutlery, toaster and microwave. If one was staying longer there is a nice grassed garden to relax in and use of a BBQ.

Nothing really, although hubby did hear the occasional traffic.

All was good - Breakfast was 👌

Check out time was I think 10 am ( asked for a late check out as one child needed to shower after a sporting activity.. around 3 pm - we left at 4 ) but paid for the room for a further ( 24hrs ) I did think that was unreasonable …
