No breakfast provided but the motel provided a fridge, toaster, crockery, cutlery and tea/coffee making facilities. We brought our own breakfast supplies and self-catered. As the motel is centrally located it would have been easy to access a simple breakfast in the town's commercial area.

Our stay was a simple overnight stay to visit friends. Nothing really to dislike. Colac is a pleasant, relaxed place for a short stopover. Suited our needs.

Breakfast was very good (bacon & eggs) I never realised that there was a cupboard that breakfast was placed in but when i spoke to the motel staff, they supplied me with a fresh meal. Well done.

As i was getting into the shower (on the outside tiles) they were very slippery and i fell over. It could have been disasterous but luckily it wasn't. Also, the fridge freezer part was not working and ended up throwing away some icecream that melted.

The large shower was excellent. It was big enough for 2 people. The shower soap was universal- you could was hair and body with the same stuff, and the holder was easy to use in the shower.

Bed was too small for 2 adults- it was only a double bed. Also, we had to move the mattress to plug in the electric blanket, which was needed. We also got woken up with the fridge turning on- maybe installing it in a soundproof cupboard could be an idea.

Accommodation was very comfortable. All rooms are set back from the road so there was minimal traffic noise at night. Was a short ten-minute walk to the shops & restaurants in town. Bathrooms appear to have been recently renovated & were nice.

Room itself feels a little dated, but none the less was very comfortable & pleasant.

For an overnight stay it was a terrific location - very easy to find (being on the main road), close to the shops with an IGA only 200m away.

My only negative was the cobwebs in the bathroom - hardly a dealbreaker, but not very pleasant to walk into as I entered the bathroom. Having said that everything else was very clean.

Room was clean and really well appointed. Bathroom modern and spacious. Couch and dining table in room, bed was soft but not too bad. Well priced and good sized room.

Wasn’t the best room to try to work in, and there wasn’t any guide for the tv, (which had several foxtel channels) but pretty good overall.

I didn't have breakfast at the motel. The person on duty was friendly and very helpful. It met my needs for my stay and it was convenient. I was very comfortable.

A heater in the bathroom to take the chill off. A more comfortable chair to sit in and relax. More choice for breakfast.

The queen bed was very comfortable for me but the heated blanket on the single bed made it uncomfortable for my niece. The room was nice and dark at night but was too dark during the day. Can’t have it both ways I guess.🤷‍♀️

You need to turn the lights on during the day or leave the bathroom and front doors open to let extra light in.

I stayed in the Deluxe Spa room which is located at the rear of the property. The room was quiet. The room was very spacious, and although the room is an older style, the furnishings were modern and comfortable. The bathroom had been renovated and had beautiful gentle lighting to make the spa a really relaxing experience. Netflix on the TV was a nice bonus too.

great size rooms easy to access the property bathroom are the big and the staff are lovely and happy to help you definitely book this place, to stay for a great ocean road trip or a stay in Colac. very good place.
