This motel is an unrecognised gem in western Victoria. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are fastidiously clean, neat, and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The motel also offers a daily breakfast service (even on Sundays!) which was absolutely fantastic and much welcomed. If you are looking for a place to stay while near Terang, then this is it!

Location was fine only a couple of minutes drive from Terang township. Staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Fully self contained, tea & coffee provided, and the mini fridge was great for keeping my left overs from dinner. Comfy couch to relax on when I first arrived. Split system heating unit was easy to use (I've stayed in some places where the remote was too complicated to work out (or maybe the settings had been messed up) but not here. So easy! Electric blanket - awesome for this cold frog at the end of June, & quality linen & bedding - with weight for warmth. I loved it & would certainly stay again.

Maybe I didn't wait long enough, or the water is temp regulated, but the shower never reached hot.

Scrupulously clean motel room. Very comfy bed. Aircon worked well despite the cold weather. Staff were lovely. Very happy to stay here again.

I was looking forward to a biscuit with a cup of tea on arrival, but biscuits not supplied. I was not paying a premium price so can't really complain. If you want to use the toaster or microwave you will need to bring your own plates and cutlery.

great hotel, easy to find at night. room got warm quickly and stayed warm over the night, nice hot shower - all the things you want on a winters night. Staff were amazing with check in and check out. the standing desk in the room was a luxury.

Budget accommodation on outskirts of town. Run by an elderly Chinese couple who are lovely hosts. Although plain, simple and aging the room was immaculately clean and provided all the basics while the garden is lovingly maintained. No pretence about this place. Budget accommodation at a budget price that provides all the basic needs. I'll be staying again.

TV reception is very poor but that may be more to do with location. Is also a little out from town centre for food options but a 3 Min drive to the Wheatsheaf Hotel in Terang was rewarded with one of the best old style country meal at very reasonable prices.

Very nice cheap stay, clean, tidy, wonderful staff, if you need an extra bed they bring one very quickly, and overall a wonderful attitude.

There were a lot of insects in the room, but only tiny flies coming from outside and there was a spray if you need

I have stayed at many motor inn's and usually what you find is a fairly subpar room and facilities. This one was in great nick. The shower had fantastic water pressure and there was no sign of mold or decay.

Small mark on the linens which I assume had been laundered but had stained the sheet. The bed its self was comfortable albeit a little bit lumpy.

The bed was very comfortable, slept very well. The bathroom was well designed and the shower area was roomy with a design that prevented any water splash onto the bathroom floor. Hand basin in the room was a good idea and convenient for filling jugs and cleaning up.

the owners could not have done more for us! They provided us with all the equipment we needed for a BBQ and kindly took away to wash up after. Washing machine and dryer was a welcome extra! Perfect stop after a long day of driving
