Clean, comfortable beds, great location for shops near by and amenities such as kids arcade, pokies, sports bar were great. Restraunts food was great. Entertainment of parking. Great price and free drink and 10% discount off food. Staff were great

TV wasn't the greatest, no bowling, it was blocked off and a few games not working. I asked for a to go container to take other half of my meal that ive bought and paid for back to room to eat later as I have a condition that limits amount of my food consumption at a sitting, I was told no sorry, not licensed for that.

Have stayed here multiple times and am very happy. Good Asia Restaurants very close and good meals at the hotel. Rooms are big and comfortable. Staff are great

On this occasion the key system went down so no key for the rooms. Im sure this could happen anywhere I assume. The staff were good letting guests In and out of their room. Didn't get a key until the end of the second day, for me this wasn't huge deal. 3 Coffee cups In the room, one had coffee stains In the bottom on arrival, hadn't been cleaned. Other than that great stay and clean rooms

The staff were excellent and accomodated helping us with holding our bags before and after check in/out times. The bed is the best I’ve had in accomodations

The dinner we had .. my husband ordered the ribs which was missing the onion rings plus it was cold when it arrived..my zucchini Pattie’s tasted like they were cooked in old oil and soggy and our drink order got lost.. we were seated right next to the kitchen and my daughter was getting bumped by other customers waiting

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.

I had a ground floor room and the sound of someone walking in the room above carried through (my guess is that it was a women in heels, or a man in cowboy style boots). There was no provision for lunch on Christmas Day if you hadn't booked in to the Banquet - doubtless this had been advertised in the facility, but a note when booking in would have been helpful, as I was there to visit my hospitalised partner.

The property was easy to find … just off the highway. The room was comfortable and as requested, they gave us rooms on the ground floor. We enjoyed the free drink voucher at the bar !!!

The lady who checked us in charged our credit card twice and clearly was confused about the checking in process. Fortunately the other person at the reception sorted it out next morning and we got our refund in a few days after a great deal of back and forth messages … totally unnecessary !!!

Liked the clean updated bathroom and rainwater shower head. TV viewing options were great. Free water was good - but didn't know it was free til just before leaving- had to ask. Free parking was great and convenient. Staff were friendly. Liked we could get lunch and dinner at a discount. Beds comfortable.

Didn't like that we couldn't get breakfast there. The lighting in the room was not good enough. Very dark and one lightbulb broken. Was a bit noisy hearing other guests and cars driving over speed bumps. Door not sealed. Too much light in the room in the mornings - woke us up too early. No tissues provided. No green or herbal teas provided.

clean room, straight down to basics, lovely staff the manager Chris was very professional and friendly, he handed out free drinks to spend at their pub just opposite the room. venue is in a strategic location with plenty of parking, overall great value for money

I wish there was a safe in the room to safely store personal belongings

The shower head is an overhead unit in a relatively small shower stall which makes it is hard to keep hair dry, considering hair caps are not supplied. This didn’t inconvenience me, but it did my partner.

Perfect location staying there as went to club there right outside door. I was booked in . And my chance I had friends on both sides of me . This my 3rd stay and has always been great. Staff always lovely . Always clean . Good price

Lovely room in a good convenient location for us near our family

On the Friday evening there was a Private Function across the car park from our room 4 - the people tied the doors open and after 12.30 am the noise was horrendous - Initially when I went across and complained at 1 am, they refused to close the doors and I was actually threatened by a young guy with a spanner for complaining !! A more sensible older man eventually agreed to close the doors. The person in Room 3 was also woken and was outside complaining.
