Clayton Serviced Apartments

The location was very quiet and accessible to most areas in Clayton and Melbourne city by Uber and DIDI. Staffs are very well mannered, polite and helpful in providing information regarding the amenities and the facilities available nearby.

Cleaning services could have been made better. Once one cleaning lady directly opened my apartment door without knocking or informing me . I was put in an awkward situation and I had to turn her back as I had some personal work to do. The property should have called me before entering the room using master key . This will put the guest in a more comfortable and safe situation. Also I noticed that similar properties nearby do not ask for 200AUD deposite. You can do a pre checkout inspection and charge for any damage caused.

Comfortable spacious 2 bedroom apartment with high ceiling, foxtel channels, undercover secure parking and quiet location on the ground floor. Our patio gave us direct access to the visitors carpark.

Blinds on our side of the building (outdoor visitors carpark) were only the diffuser type which didn't screen the outside lighting, hence the room was annoyingly illuminated all night. Because we were on the ground floor window and door could not be left open at night without security concerns.

Located in a nice quiet suburb with the Oakleigh shopping centre less than 5 minutes drive away, a Catholic Church even nearer as we needed to get there in time. It’s not too far from Chadstone Shopping Centre and just a 20-25 drive to the city. Facilities were nice. Check in and checkout process out of hours was easy and convenient.

Parking facilities - while basement parking was available, one never had a fixed spot. Searching for a free spot that has a yellow dot, wasn’t the easiest but we still managed to find a spot every time.

this is our preferred location to stay when coming to Melbourne as it is always consistently great. apartments are comfortable; staff are friendly and professional. Easy parking + after hours check in process. this was our first time requesting cot- it was travel cot, clean and safe although no cot mattress (just base mat & 2 large thick blankets provided) definitely recommend bringing own cot sheet as this allowed us to safely use one blanket as a mattress for our 4month old) the previous time we came with our son we bought our own pram bassinet.

It was a very satisfying trip, but what I admired and admired most was the receptionist, the friendly Columbian-accented receptionist who identified me by name when she saw me and made me feel welcome and thoughtful. And she is patient, attentive, and very polite and caring. She made the apartment especially warm. Secondly, the room has a great view with a very wide view; The room is also equipped with cooking facilities to meet daily needs, which is very convenient. This, coupled with the very low noise in the room, made our trip very memorable and enjoyable.

That the fire alarm kept tripping and we had to evacuate one late night until the fire personnel certified it a false alarm. It tripped again the following day and I had to let some personnel in (who had randomly rang our doorbell) to let him check the circuits. And again the following day (15 Feb) when we were checking out.

The room I had was not as enjoyable as last time , sadly. That is what stood out, 10/10 for the staff, still happy, helpful and friendly.

The BED!!!! one side was a valley the other hard. No desk in this room I missed that. I had a tradesman changing there internet knocking on the door as I got ready to have a shower and go out, He was happy to come back after I went home the day after. A 5 minute chat through a door I did not enjoy

I would like to give more than a maximum rate if possible Comfort, facilities, cleanliness etc were excellent. The location was ideal being close to Monash Uni, where my son is enrolled and it is walking distance to his residence More than that, I appreciate the personal care the staff took (Tran and Yuliyana) when I and my wife tested positive for COVID on the last day of our booking, the day before our planned flight to Perth. We had to self isolate and had no where to go. Victoria heath advised us not to move from the current address. When we were desperate, Tran (i am not sure about spelling, sorry) was able to extend our stay despite getting a lot of bookings. During the stressfulself isolation, they were sympathetic and helped in various ways, while maintaining health standards Thank you very much

it was an exceptional stay! the property was everything that someone could ask for. clean, comfortable, everything was just perfect! it was my first stay in Australia but the way Yuliana went out of her way to make our stay comfortable! she was the first impression of Australia and i must say she was an exceptional one! she was just so friendly and charming that i felt that i had landed in a right place.

the bedroom could have an AC or a fan because at times it gets hot.

One of our favourite places to stay when in Melbourne for consistency and reliability, especially now we have a young child. Very friendly helpful staff, check in process is super easy and has everything we need.

Not sure why most places don’t include towels for child, but wasn’t an issue as staff provided additional on request
