Chadstone Executive Motel

Hubby and I stayed one night only. We needed to be in the area for an appointment and this motel suited perfectly. It’s not flash by any stretch but the staff are lovely and the room was large by most motel and hotel standards and spotlessly clean. Shower was hot, bed large and super comfortable and plenty of parking, we needed nothing more. For the price it suited everything we needed for an overnight stay.

The location is close to a busy main road. I sleep with earplugs and I sleep soundly but a light sleeper might struggle with the traffic noise. If this is the case, ask for a room as far away from the road as possible.

The location was fantastic, with private parking next to our room made it more comfortable. The room was clean and tidy and just perfect for our family of 5 people. All the necessities from hot water, shower, fridge, TV, A/C, towels and internet services was excellent and in good condition. All in all I give it a 4.5 star rating.

The whole building from outside and inside walls needs some renovation work to give it a face lift up. More lightning from outside could help to make it more representable.

Convenient location. Good parking. Large room. Microwave and kitchen sink.

No cutlery. Some bigger plates and bowls would have been great particularly since there was a microwave there. Cold water was very warm, not cold. Shower not great.

Room had everything we needed, small couch, table and chairs, microwave, toaster, hairdryer. Parking was easy , and best of all, lovely thick walls and we heard no neighbours and little traffic noise.

I would have liked to have been able to open a window , but for security and noise probably safer not too.,

Value for money. I needed a separate room for the kids to sleep in and this place had it for a very good price, while near to Chadstone. The people at the reception are very helpful.

The property is definitely old but that's not an issue for us. I felt slightly unsafe as our room was right at the end next to the emergency exit. Whilst the exit door was supposed to be closed all the time, people kept using it to go out for smoking and deliberately propped it open. I had to close it sometimes when I noticed it ajar as it felt unsafe that the door was open and people can just come into the property if they want to.

The room and location were excellent and the room was very clean. Definitely value for money! Easy free parking on site was also available, which was a bonus!

The entrance foyer windows were not clean - lots of dirt and lots of old cob webs.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and toilet were clean and looked recently renovated. I spent three nights there and was comfortable.

The exterior and interior of the motel, excluding the rooms, could do with a makeover, but hey you get what you pay for!

Its location, and price were fair.

The fridge door, and bathroom doorway were very dirty. The guy in the next room kept having arguments with someone.

Only thing I didn’t like was when the bathroom and toilet fan was on the bathroom smelt like cigarette smoke

We had our own food , had a fridge toaster and oven ,and it had a kettle tea coffee and some milk after a long drive that was handy ,nice quiet room for a good nights sleep , close location for our appointment the next day
