The motel was very close to the hospital where we had an early morning appointment. The unit was extremely clean and the bed comfortable. There was a kitchenette which had everything you would need if you wanted to cook. Would certainly stay there again if needed because the price was very reasonable for people on a budget.

If you wanted to have a longer stay a comfy chair would be nice but there wasn't really any room for one unless you don't need the second bed. We found the TV instructions didn't seem to work but that could be due to be elderly technophobes.

Good location, directly accessible and clean rooms. Room has all the facilities that you would expect. Clayton train station is 20 mins walk from the facility.

Noting bad in particular. Future travelers are recommended to book a room away from the highway to avoid traffic noise esp. at night. For the management, it is recommended to make the laundry and the kitchen more accessible. They were like closed all the time. Wifi can be improved. Overall, good value for money.

Super comfortable bed. The room was very clean. Very understanding manager, we had a long drive (7 hours) to attend a funeral, when he asked when we were leaving I said we will be leaving by checkout at 10am, he suggested we have a sleep in and not rush to get out by 10. This was really appreciated. The fact we could have a dinner delivered to the door via door dash (as suggested in the welcome book) was brilliant.

The setting with bushes & foliage near the front door added coolness & privacy to our room. Hoghway Noise was also at minimum. Thank you. Parking was also good.

TV was an issue as the connection was an issue and channel availability was minimal. thought for example that it'd be good to have access to the ABC channel.

Convenient, easily accessible

There was only a thin blanket on the bed, covered by a sheet and no doona, as someone who doesn’t like to sleep with the heater on, I got cold over night. I don’t find it hygienic to have this type of bed covering. The sheets always move and then you are touching the blanket.

Older style Motel with convenient parking. Nice well established tree/garden area allowed for privacy from the driveway. Although old it looks like it has been remodeled at some stage though not recently. Kitchenette and bathroom were clean. Well equipped kitchenette for a few days stay.

No comments I think you and your staff have done an amazing job. I appreciated how you were able to helped with our request to extend our stay with 1 more night as we enjoyed our stay and wanted to stay bit longer.

The facilities were nice and clean. We had everything we needed in our room and more. Clayton Monash is in a fantastic location, nice and close to everything you need. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be using Clayton Monash as our new Spot to stay when in Melbourne. Thanks so much

A bit distanced from convenience stores but its proximity to Monash University was what all mattered to me. The state of room, kitchenette, and the bathroom was pristine, felt very much like home. The service was amazing, the person was really kind and helpful.

Maybe decrease the space between the ground and the door. Not a big issue anyways.

The room was very spacious and was very happy with both the comfort of the bed which was great and also the amazing shower which had a great shower head for good water spread and amazing water pressure which is always greatly appreciated. Important to note that I had a room next to the highway and while there was a lot of noise coming from it, I'm a really deep sleeper so if you're like me, it wouldn't be an issue at all.

Only issues I had was the decor inside which could be updated as it was very outdated and the blinds were also quite dirty and one of the sliding doors on the wardrobe kept falling off the tracks which made opening and closing difficult. So not huge issues but obviously something that could be addressed.
