Gorgeous grounds and gardens, very peaceful and quiet. Comfy bed, very clean. I was a little sceptical because it was on the cheaper side so I was concerned it may not be the best but it was excellent value for money. I'd definitely stay again.

I arrived after dark due to my flight arrival time and there could have been more lighting at reception and the room areas as it took a while to find the room in the dark. Also given it was a self contained room, a small dining table and chairs would have made it easier to eat meals.

Pool was really nice, the staff on arrival, the view from the apartment and garden area was really lovely, bed was nice and clean.

No towel changes over six days, tiles loose in shower area, fittings in bathroom falling off the wall, stains on the settee, so we used the bed throw on it which was cleaner than the settee to sit on, the door didn't lock correctly and took a lot of messing to lock the door. There needs to be more shelf area in walk in cupboard area in bedroom. The apartment obviously was lovely at one time but not now.Its quite a walk to almost anywhere, shops or restaurants and a car is needed, I don't think this is stressed enough on the write up

Clean and tidy

Door on pod that opens up to outdoor area would have good to have a screen door to let fresh air in

The room was very comfortable. The contact person at the property was very helpful.

With a few very minor changes this accommodation could be perfect! Some shelving in the built-in wardrobe. There is only hanging space. It's nice to be able to unpack suitcases. Another towel rail. There is only room for one towel. So the bath mat and other towel has to be hung outside on the patio (luckily the weather was good) A full set of cooking utensils would also be appreciated. There wasn't even an egg lift or steak knives at all and only one t towel for a three night stay. Also the fridge is very temperamental. We had a bottle of wine explode because it froze.

The pods are comfortable and cosy but due to an unforeseen and understandable issue with the room, I was given un upgrade to a beautiful and spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Both rooms were very clean and well appointed, there was even a microwave in the pod, but having access to a full kitchen and the space to enjoy to cook and lounge around was lovely, especially after a sunset walk along the beach. Well maintained lawns, pool area and picnic tables. Fantastic location, easy to find, close to all the attractions but also walking distance to quiet beaches with beautiful views. I recommend a leisurely walk along the beach to Cowes and back, approx 5km round trip. The pool is a great temperature-solar heated. The staff are super friendly and can't do enough, made sure I had the extra coffee and pillows I requested with my booking. The bed in apartment was the most comfortable twin king I slept in, the zipped king is definitely superior. The bed in the pod room was a regular double, softer and very comfy. Would 100% stay in either the pods solo or for a quick trip or the apartments for a longer, more spacious and/or convenient stay. Can't wait to come back.

Loved every minute but perhaps, as when arriving by taxi or on foot you can't tell where the pods are, perhaps a sign pointing to the back of the carpark? Also salt and pepper grinders in the apartment kitchens wouldn't go astray.

The outlook to the manicured lawn and pool area made for a pleasant afternoon tea and quiet drinks on the verandah. Rooms were clean, functional and the beds firm and comfortable. At the right end of the island for Penguins and Nobbies bird and seal centre, although a few km from shops and eateries at Cowes.

Access alleys from carpark were dark and steps a safety issue on late return from the penguin parade. No hairdyer as standard in the room; no spare blanket in our room and the very limited reception hours and manning made it too hard to follow up. Apart from safety issue, the others are soft issues overriden by location and ambiance.

Staff were friendly, great location, great kitchen made it easy, big bed ...everything was lovely!

BYO earbuds!!! - I had the worst 2 nights sleep, the neighbours in room 307 woke me up at 3:20 am the first night, they were practising extremely hard to make babies and win first prize! It started at 10:30pm ...3:20am... 9 am.... at 1am God was called on. Then 5am.... and finally on day two at 9:30am when even a staff member could hear them while she walked the grounds. the TV was the soundtrack and after practice they giggled and talked all night!... very inconsiderate and loud

Stayed in pod room. It was comfortable for a solo traveller, maybe a couple but it is a small area it is fine, if you dont mind that. . Hot water shower, air-conditioning really good, location is perfect, arrived at night and staff came to meet me which I appreciated,. No comment on a normal hotel room.

Maybe bring a bug spray.. the main thing is the the sink, please lift the water plug higher because it's hard to wash your hands when the water is very slow to go down the drain especially if you are brushing your teeth. Not a big deal. It is a good accommodation.

Rooms were functional, provided the basics to what you would need for longer stays such as a toaster, microwave etc, central location with access in walking distance to a cafe and general store. Price was amazing for the location. Would love to return through the warmer months. I would definitely return as I found it was one of the best places I have stayed for how reasonably priced it was, the bed was so comfortable also.

The room was in a clean condition however I did find a couple of eyelash extensions on my pillow which I don't have any applied. Didn't have an additional blanket or pillow in the room if needed, but they did have a split system to use. And reception wasn't in use the times that they had stipulated on the website and on the information inside the rooms. But they were only a phone call if needed.

The location was perfect. Short walk to the beach. Nice pool and lovely grounds to catch up with friends and family travelling together. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Room was clean.

It would have been good to have fresh towels and a new washcloth daily as we were there for four days. There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang your clothes whilst showering. We moved a side table to the bathroom to have somewhere to place our clothes. Our room had no broom or brush and pan even though it was not a huge problem as we didn't create much mess. However, it would be good to have these in the room.
