This is lovely holiday accommodation, very clean, bright, with all the amenities you will need. The owner was friendly and helpful, really enjoyed our coffee and cake in the sunshine from the little cafe at the facility also. Loved the little courtyard, gardens and theres a pool also. The location while a 20 min walk to the main shopping/restaurant strip was ideal as a short walk down a tree lined court gave access to a lovely quiet beach. Ideal for relaxing and taking time out. We felt refreshed and relaxed after our lovely break. I highly recommend this affordable accommodation. Thankyou.

A small issue was the couch was not the most comfortable, but it was ok for our short stay.

Great location, short drive to town centre and attractions weren’t too far. Little setting to sit outside. There’s what looks like a great pool and hot tub (unfortunately didn’t have time to use) Fantastic manager, friendly and great with kids and very helpful. Amazing little cafe on site. Private and comfortable

Shower pressure not great but useable and probably needed warming bedding but the heater worked great so we managed just fine

Property is in a nice location, 5 minutes drive to shops and 10 minutes drive to Penguin Parade. There's also a cafe on site, parking is easy and there's also a swimming pool. Property is very quiet and the room is very spacious. It has working kitchen and the bathroom is very clean. It can easily sleep a family of 4 or a group of 4 adults. It's also very easy to check-in.

The staff is friendly and location is easy to find. It is a 2-minute walk from the beach.The penguin homing and Koala centres are both within a 10-minute drive, and the town centre is only a 2-minute drive away.Room facilities are very complete, complete kitchen appliances, full set of tableware. Parking is very, very convenient right at the door and free.

The mattress is a little soft.

We stayed here for 3 nights over the long weekend in March. The apartment was v.comfortable, great shower and a great location..2 minutes from the beach. The owners were friendly and approachable. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a shame we could hear the apartment above us, mainly guests walking around and when water was used.. not a big deal though.

My room was very good and beyond my expectation. The bed was large and comfy, the shower was great, the Wi Fi was free and fast and the complimentary water was a welcome bonus. The room heater was quick to get to a warm comfy temperature. I only had a one night stay, but it was good. I'm sure I will be back.

Great location, lovely interior and decor. The apartment was a really good size, and had good heating. Also had a nice good sized bathroom. The lady at reception was really nice. Cafe right next door. Private entrance on the outside with a cute courtyard in a fenced area.

No outlets next to the bed to plug in a phone charger, not a big deal but would have been better to have as my phone went flat and had to charge it on the other side of the room.

The manager was very helpful giving us good advice on restaurants and local amenities. The room was basic, but had all that was needed for our overnight stay. Parking was easy with a parking bay just outside our door. The room was a good size with a small table and chairs for eating in. The en-suite was a good size with a good shower. In all, the room was great value for money.

We had a slight problem with the bed, being a bit springy, and did not get the best sleep. The wardrobe needed a clean as there was dust and fluff on the bottom.

Great value for money and lovely hosts. Perfect location close to the shops and beach. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. The internet speed was great, much better compared to the last place we stayed at Phillip Island.

I couldn't fault it. It's not high-end accommodation but they never pretended to be either. The value for money is superb.

I stay at this venue often when I travel to the Island (2-3 times per year). The operators are very friendly and helpful. The cafe on site is a real bonus. It is close to town but not too close.

I don’t have any negatives to report. I keep going back.
