The location was excellent - it felt like we were out in the bush but at the same time we had all the facilities of a holiday resort and were close to Cowes main street, and the beach. The 3 bedroom unit was well set out and clean, and had lots of home comforts.

Communication with the owner was mostly great but could be improved. We received our message with the details of how to get into our villa half an hour after check-in time (and after we had called the owner). The main resort reception could not help because it was a private booking so initially we panicked that our booking had been removed. Communication re broken dish washer and/or drying rack ceased with 2 sleeps left. Hopefully the owner was OK as we did not hear otherwise. This is no way spoilt our stay though.

we did like the area that Vila was located directly behind I believe is a cattle farm which gave us maximum privacy when Going Out on our backpatio. Yeah the beds themselves were very good although I didn't really have any complaints but then again she doesn't unless she's not being fed jokes of course. My self and wife booked this accommodation for our anniversary it had its little quirks and a decent layout including the designing of the rooms. The on-site Pool and spa facilities at the other end of the park were a bonus we only use them on 1 day because we were busy doing other things but it was certainly good . The washing and drying facilities inside the villa were very reliable and did the job well The cooking facilities were also good and made sure the food was cooked well within time which was the difference from some other results that we have stayed. The owner of the villa was quick to respond to a few concerns that we had with connecting to the Chromecast which we discovered it was a Wi-Fi issue This issue was eventually resolved we appreciate the help with this. We have booked disaccommodation for our anniversary next year as well We truly hope the owner does not feel offended by our review as this is an honest review and we re not trying to drag them down Just giving them honest feedback.

the only criticisms I could say that some of the cooking attendants namely a pot and fried pads definitely do need an update they are no longer Non stick. These are things which can be easily fixed. But also giving 1 or 2 spare toilet rolls would probably be a good idea if there was more than just a too of us we would have run out As there was only 1 in each toilet. There is some other things that I could say like there are no bins for women personal hygiene products in the toilets this definitely needs to be added for women. Other than these very small things they wasn't really any major problems with the property however it does need to be updated but there is no longer barbecue facilities at the villa as they were told to remove by management For safety concerns.

We decided last minute to book a couple of nights away with the kids. I had originally booked the 2 bedroom but then wanted a bath for the kids and emailed asking if I could change. Toni was so quick to respond and went out of her way to ensure the place was clean and ready for us to use. It was perfectly equipped for the kids with books and games. They fell in love with the 2 penguin teddies while there so we had to go into town and purchase their own! Private deck looking out to bush land which would be amazing in Summer. Close to everything and the on-site restaurant/bar is worth a visit.

The deck had not been cleaned or maintained in a while and was very dirty with animal droppings, spider webs and plant leaves/blossom ect. I would suggest this would have been from the weather not being great and it not being used for a while. You would also be fighting a losing battle with the blossom anyway at this time of year.

The size of the 2br villa was much more generous than I'd anticipated, it was very nicely furnished and brilliantly located.

My only gripe would be that the 2nd bedroom (with 2 single beds where i had my kids) only had a shade blind rather than a block out style blind the same as the main bedroom. This was easily rectified by putting one of the small blankets over the blind for the duration of our stay though.

Very nice accommodation in lovely secluded and quiet location overlooking paddock. Great for family with good facilities and games.

Apartment still being cleaned when we arrived at appointed 3pm checkin time and we weren’t left any towels or toilet paper. It was difficult trying to contact the owner via Booking.com to rectify this. We were also very disappointed that there was no BBQ as shown on the deck in photos and listed in description and as this was one of the features that attracted us to this unit we had brought meat intending to barbecue each night.

Loved this place. Nature was close by, and so was barista-made coffee. The unit we stayed in was wonderful. We all loved the disco shower, and the bathtub was also good to have. Great facilities (those extra touches of washing powder sachets and dishwashing tabs were much appreciated), and it was great to have access to the gym, spa and pool. The beds were excellent. The kitchen was also well-equipped - it was the sort of place where you felt comfortable staying in, chilling, drinking wine (beer and coke!) and cooking dinner. We travelled with a 15 and 18 yo, and they also rated this place highly - teens can be tough to please. The owner, Toni, was helpful and bubbly and did her best to get us into the apartment earlier than the advertised check-in time (we arrived early and were keen to settle). Wished we could have stayed longer.

I cannot complain about much at all, but there were some old magazines and brochures on the rack in the living room - it would be great to see more current ones.

The location is good. Appreciate we could have a cabin in the peak season of Christmas. Easy to find the cabin, easy check-in and check-out, easy to park the car.

I think there are some cabins re-decorated and some not, it's fair when you have dozens of cabin in the site. But the pics on the website are the cabins re-decorated, while what we get is not. It is below my expectation when I enter the cabin.

The room was very nice and had everything. well equipped and good size. The resort has everything you need, from pools and spa to playground and barbeque . well maintained and clean.

Just missing hand towels and face washers. We ask Toni for some and we got 1 face washer and 1 hand towel, clean but well stained...I mention that we were 2 people....Bathroom has no rubbish bin and the one in the room is very smelly...

The villa was lovely. Although we didn't have children with us, the villa was set up beautifully if we had them. Gorgeous soft toy penguins and books for children to read. Our bed was amazing and comfortable. I travel with a bed topper as I have a back jury. There was no need to put my topper on the bed.

Honestly, I can't say there was anything wrong with the villa.

The spacious villas provide a home away from home, with 3 adults & a toddler we were comfortable, relaxed & over joyed with the cleanliness, space & facilities provided. The villa was located perfectly for a toddler to walk to all the extras provided including the pool, games room, tennis courts & plenty more.
