The resort was perfect for the kids to explore, ride bikes, swim and play games. Our room had a beautiful view of a paddock with plenty of wildlife. The café served great food and the woodfired pizzas were delicious. The resort had a nice relaxed feel and only a 3km drive or walk into town.

The room needs a little TLC. Stains on the curtains, a dirty shaggy rug (that we got removed) rocks and dirt on the patio and a really old mat at the door. They came and cleaned the patio for us on request and said the curtains were getting cleaned soon... A few updates could make it the perfect family resort.

Facilities to keep kids entertained (arcade games room, kart hire, walking/bike track within the resort, swimming pools, kids activities during school holidays). The cabin was very clean and modern and it had everything I needed (deck spaces with outdoor table and chairs, kitchenette, air con AND ceiling fan, nice jet spa bath). They just seemed to tick all the boxes in terms of amenities. If they level up the restaurant with more choice and better pricing, it would be a really excellent place.

Some of the reception staff seem a bit inexperienced. One of them made a strange mistake during my stay which was a blemish in an otherwise pleasant stay. The restaurant wait staff also seem a bit awkward too. The pricing in the restaurant is very expensive for what it is. A bowl of mixed greens for $12 which was dry and not even fresh left a sour taste.

The location of the cabin we stayed in and that the resort offers lots of activities for the family, especially the paddle karts and the tennis courts. The value for money is also great and the size of the cabin is a great size for the family. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Also lovely to see all the wildlife around the resort.

The cabins are looking a bit tired and items inside definitely need replacing/updating. The bathroom shower has mould all in it and the oven had no labels on the switches. The TV is also very small and awkwardly placed in the 2 bedroom apartment. The couch/layout in the living is not really enough for a family of 4. We stayed during the massive storm in September over father's day and there was no communication from the staff to check on our well-being or if the cabins or our vehicles suffered any damage. Thankfully we did not suffer any damage but it would have been nice or reassuring to get some communication or concern from the staff.

The units had been upgraded since my last visit with good flat screen mounted TV, good bed side lighting, freshly painted and impeccably clean. A very well equipped kitchen to meet all needs. There was an abundance of activities including a new spa/sauna area for private bookings unfortunately time did not permit to use this area. Excellent to keep families with young children entertained. The dining area was good with great food

It appeared that the outdoor spas could have done with a bit more regular cleaning, the outdoor spa next to indoor pool area was not completely clear.

The facilities and cabins are perfect for families

The check in process was disappointing. I emailed the week before and we rang ahead of time on the day for an early check in and were left waiting for over 2hrs and well past the designated check in time with no communication or updates and other people arriving later and being checked in before. The experience from the point that we received the keys was exceptional though and the reception was very responsive. I'm not sure what happened with check in but that aspect needs to be improved.

The villa and atmosphere were great. The kitchen, utensils, and cutlery were provided, which was very useful.

I recently stayed at your hotel and found the bedroom to be quite cold. When I raised the issue at the reception, I suggested that an electric blanket should be provided in every room. However, I was informed that I should have let them know earlier so they could provide one. I find this solution less than ideal. Why isn't the electric blanket provided as a standard feature in the room, especially when you already know the guest has booked the villa? It would have been much more considerate and efficient to have the room properly prepared for us in advance. I hope you take this feedback into account for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ramada by Wyndham, and I was allocated a room at 181 on Tussock Court. From the moment I arrived, finding the location was incredibly easy, thanks to the clear directions and convenient layout of the area. The stay itself was absolutely delightful. The room was well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was particularly cozy, providing a great night’s sleep after a long day of travel. The attention to detail in the room’s design and cleanliness really stood out, making me feel at home. One of the highlights was the serene atmosphere. Despite being close to amenities, the location was peaceful, allowing for a relaxing retreat and a variety of wildlife visible from your cottage. The staff were also friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to any queries or requests, which added to the overall positive experience.

There are many facilities at the resort - pool, spa, etc. We were there in September, so the weather was cool, but I can see it would be very busy in the summer. There are two animal parks nearby but Maru koala park, on the way to Phillip Island was the best! Also, really loved the penguin experience and looking around the peninsula. I had to call reception as the hob wouldn't ignite; maintenance came very quickly. I mentioned the dryer wasn't working and a brand new one arrived 20 minutes later! Very impressed. Weirdly, the bathroom door wouldn't open the next morning and again they arrived quickly.

It is not within walking distance of the town or beach; exploring beyond the resort and the island does need a car.

The family vibes and facilities, the resort was very quiet, we enjoyed seeing the wildlife around, the pillows were super comfy, the kitchen was well equipped, the AC worked well during 35⁰ heat, great proximity to shops and restaurants in Cowes as well as all activities around the island.

Only the full flush on one of the toilets was working, half flush would cause the toilet to continuously refill and drip. Thankfully it was easily resolved and we knew to stick to the full flush for that toilet for the rest of our stay.

The cabin itself had all the relevant necessities (2 bedroom cabin); It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the cabin was warm on arrival, the outside sitting area was big enough and it had all the comforts you needed for a comfortable stay. The Resort itself exceeded our expectations with a restaurant, bar area, kids gaming room, decent size swimming pool, spa, gym, children’s playground and tennis court. Not to mention the beautiful native gardens and bushland. We were only disappointed that we were there for only 1 night, definitely going back for at least a long weekend and better weather to enjoy the all the facilities.

If I am going to be extra picky, the front blinds were a little worse for wear an update. Apart from that the only thing we were disappointed in, was that we were not there long enough to enjoy all the facilities.
