Great location in the sense it was close to a lot of great places ie beach, gaol, MOPA Great stylish decor and styling

I probably didn’t read the ad properly but I didn’t realise that it was just one room and both beds were in the same room. In the end it worked out fine but having a baby in our room and toddler across from us asleep it disturbed the toddlers sleep having baby wake during the night. Not sure if I just assumed it was two rooms if the photo had two beds. Some additions that I’d recommend for kitchen would be to have an ice cube tray in the freezer and possibly some samples of spreads like vegemite jam and butter. Supplying the toaster is great but a lot of people won’t travel with spreads. Also maybe some cling wrap. Such easy additions that would make a big difference

We liked the cleanliness and convenience to the Geelong Hospital where my husband had a procedure done. We travelled from Warrnambool by train and it was nice to find accommodation close by without being too expensive. I loved the toiletries provided in the bathroom. The room had everything you need for a stay.

Only minor things - you couldn't have the windows open for a cool breeze as there were no flyscreens to keep out flies and mosquitoes. Also a couple of hooks on the wall in the bathroom would be a good idea to hang clothes when having a shower. The traffic noise was consistent starting early in the morning (but the second night we used earplugs and that was fine). I would also like a plan or map of the rooms on the website so when booking again you could see the layout and where they are positioned in relation to the road. But these are only minor and we would stay again.

Very well appointed with stylish appliances; Natural fibre bedding; LOVE teabags [which we enjoyed so much we went off and bought some for home]; Easy method of communicating the key code by text; Outside seating and space for each apartment; Very convenient location if you had a loved one in hospital; 2 Brm/2 Bthrm apartment was an excellent set up for 2 couples/ a couple and an individual or 2 separate singles; Great numbered parking spots; Easy walking distance to the foreshore. Bonus [unknown to us before our arrival,] Geelong Revival festival weekend;

No 1 bathroom door failed to stay shut. You had to prop something behind it to keep it closed.

It was a Convenient location, only 15 minute walk to the nearby Westfield then only a few more minutes to the waterside. The accommodation was comfortable, large bed, large bathroom with shower along with a kitchen. Access to the room was simple, a keypad lock on the door meant no keys were lost and late check ins/early check outs would be easy, there was also dedicated carparks for the rooms.

It seems either the vacuuming was skipped or a new vacuum is needed, my child breaks out in hives if I don't vacuum thoroughly at least every few days from dust mites, he was sitting on the floor for less than a minute before quite a decent reaction, vacuuming is a definite must between guests so I feel they need to check over their cleaning appliances. Upon closer inspection I noticed it was quite dusty in other places.

The setup was very good. The bathroom was amazing. Shower was great. Windows were somewhat soundproof to certain noises. Nice and close to cafes and 10 minutes to the waterfront with an easy walk.

The bed needed upgrading. When each of us moved the bed was like a trampoline. I obviously didn't research properly as we were directly across the road from the hospital. The helicopter sounded like it landed on our roof. That road was very busy during the weeknights as well. Not so bad on the weekend. Earplugs are a must.

Despite an unprepossessing exterior, and some confusion about where to access my king studio room, it was a very pleasant surprise inside. The decor was inviting, fresh and quite elegant, with a very comfortable king bed and functional kitchenette. It is located very close to the centre of Geelong.

The hot water could have been somewhat hotter! Despite its air conditioning, it was not easy to effectively heat the room which was annoying over three cold winter nights. It was difficult to shut out traffic noise and this tended to wake one earlier than intended!

So the apartment was very good for our purpose. We were on a road trip and we could park right outside our door. The accommodation had everything we needed, including iron, provisions for tea and coffee and a very good bathroom. It was super clean.

We arrived around 9pm and there isn’t a reception. This is not a criticism, just something to be aware of. We didn’t have a signal on our phone so had not received the check in message. We had to call them to find the entry code and room number but this all worked well. But it was a bit stressful initially.

June 2023

We spent 1 night here in June 2023 booked via booking.com ($135.00). After a leisurely one hour drive from Ballarat, we arrived at 6.00PM and checked into Room No 6 on ground level. There was designated parking on the premises and access to the room was an easy walk. The king room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with cutlery, utensils and even a portable cooker hob. Room temperature was well-controlled with the dual cycle air-conditioner/heater, especially in winter. Additional full-length mirror outside of bathroom was a bonus. It was an easy walk to the main beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. All in all, a near perfect accommodation!

Navigating the door code in the dark was slightly cumbersome and a motion sensor porch light would have helped. There was no adjustable shower head, but the large rain shower worked just as well. There was no dining table, so we had to make do with the sideboard pulled out.

The room had a good feeling - a bit quirky and a comfy bed. It was easy to relax and the homely feeling was a good holiday start. We were in '5' so had the lovely walk through the red roses.

I know you don't want people doing much cooking and messing up the place, but I love to cook so with very few plates, bowls or utensils it was even difficult to do a great pasta meal. A roll of paper towels would also have been good. and thanks for the pepper and salt. A brochure about restaurants and shops would be good too. Although it is all on the web, sitting over a glass of wine and checking out places is part of a holiday. Must admit the pizza from Pizzas with Attitude were fantastic.

A very comfortable room: one of the better beds I've come across and the shower was wonderful. I was in a rear unit and the noise levels were pretty minimal, given the hospital was across the street. Seemed to be good sound-proofing from the other units, too. The location was good for me, given the Geelong Goal Museum was just around the corner and the Botanic Gardens were a short walk away. The CBD wasn't too far to walk to and, because of the nearby hospital, there were also a couple of cafes conveniently close by. Also the bus stop for the Queenscliff service was around the corner. Would definitely stay here again.

I got woken at midnight one night by a helicopter which sounded like it was landing on the roof. However, it only happened once, and it needs to be remembered the hospital is close.
