My work colleague and myself were supporting two clients with disabilities to attend the AFL at GMHBA stadium. This family room was perfect for our one night stay , easy accessible room and facilities. From our first meeting with the staff to the last it was a breeze , helpful, kind and understanding.

It was a little dark on return to our room so maybe some lighting outside the front door .

Staff member that checked me in was great. Friendly and welcoming. One of the more comfier beds and not the usual hard as a rock type. The few minor things were not a deterrent and will definitely make it my go-to accommodation when having to go down to Waurn Ponds

Outdated and a little scruffy, but clean. Initially Blackwater came out of the hot water tap when first turned it on as well as water spraying out of the cold water tap hardware.

our 2 bedroom apartment was just fantastic. Plenty of room for 5 people. THe sofa bed was made up when we arrived and the air con was on as well. Bous having a tv in both bedrooms and as well as the lounge so everyone could relax in comfort. Staff were very friendly and very helpful with all our questions. Great value for money. Originally we booked elsewhere and were going to be stuck in 1 room for triple the price but this was was fantastic. Highly recommend this place for families that like comfort at a exeptionally great price as well as great service. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We were all tired from our holiday and the Motel was easy to find, gave us a very friendly welcome and a very relaxing checking in experience, the room was sparkling clean and spacious, the water hot or cold as it should be, car parking was at the door, with no stairs from car to door. Plenty of room in the car park to manouver to car and reverses park it at the door and then straight out to the road as we left.

The manager is so wonderful - she is cheerful, very welcome and friendly.. we had a trip with our large extended family in December and we had an amazing stay at Geelong, thanks to her.. She actually offered us one extra room as she had one vacant room available at no cost. The place is clean, close to restaurants and not very far from beach.. we are really grateful for ur kindness, Kelly 🥰🥰

We stayed at the motel because it was within easy access to the Spirit of Tasmania. The manager was very helpful by supplying us with a printed copy of directions in reaching the boat. She also gave us advice as to where the local eating places are located. the rooms were well serviced and spacious.

Lighting was dull and difficult for reading. There were noisy neighbours.

The motel is labelled as a budget motel, so with this in mind, we were very happy with the accommodation. The staff (Kelly) was very friendly. The rooms were of good size and they were clean, with everything in working order. We were very happy.

Keeping in mind this is a budget motel, then I couldn't say that there was anything that I was unhappy with.

The lady boss is very nice and hospitable, the room is big and comes with an extra single bed even though I booked only a double bed, my only gripe is that the sink and shower taps consist of 2 separate taps for hot and cold water, which makes it a little inconvenient to control water temperature and volume, however it seems that this is a very common feature for motor inns in other Melbourne motels as well

We stayed in the 2 bedroom upstairs apartment, which was very roomy with good sized separate bedrooms, and separate bathroom and small kitchen. Split system kept whole apartment warm during cold weather and everything was clean. Location was perfect for us, near where we needed to be, short walk to Kmart and Belmont shopping strip.

The fan in the bathroom was a bit noisy and should probably be replaced. Otherwise everything was great!

Great location in Belmont. just back from High Street so very quiet but walking distance to shops, pubs, restaurants, take aways etc . Spacious & cosy room with a big flat screen TV, well decorated with bed side lamps, soft pillows & comfortable bed, plus plates, bowls, cutlery also supplied. Good bench space & chairs to do my work on. Air conditioner was quiet, nice big shower & soft towels & linen. Very clean & an excellent price for a very comfortable stay. Kelly was also very friendly & helpful at check in & check out.

To be honest, there wasn't anything I didn't like.
