Breakfast good quality and reasonable selection, kids at $16 ahead was a reasonable price I felt. Dining times where sufficient,

however a little over priced for what it was. Adults $32 ahead all you can eat but truely how much can you eat first thing in morning, I’d like to see a little better organised layout especially around toasting area maybe an extra toaster would be good as got very hectic and congested when 4-5 people were trying to make toast at same time, I’d like undercover parking especially if I’m paying for it

Its very clean, easily accesible and close to shops and restaurants. There is pool and resto inside the Hotel too.

I cannot fault the property but I have one comment about the staff/receptionists. When we arrived on Monday we were offered buffet breakfast for our family for next day. We told the male receptionist that we would like to avail it but on Wed morning. He said to come back to front desk Tue afternoon because he said it should be availed the night before. So we came down Tue afternoon but the female receptionist told us that we cannot avail it anymore because we should book on the day of arrival. It’s so disappointing that 2 of your staff has 2 different version of policy in availing breakfast buffet.

Bed was absolutely amazing, the best ever! Hotel, clean and well set out. The check in staff member was exceptional, beautiful young lady who was super helpful. The lady looking after breakfast counter and seating us, needs full credit for her customer service.

The cleaners knocked on our door at 9am, when I answered she asked if we were ready for them to do our room, I was confused. I asked her about checkout time, she confirmed it was 11 but they check rooms to see if they are ready or not. Whilst that is ok in some ways it’s not when we still have 2 hours of privacy left. What happens if someone was still sleeping etc we thought it was rude of them and could’ve been instructed by reception when we had checked out.

The staff were friendly and welcoming though it was overcast and raining on our arrival. The room was well furnished with comfortable firm bed and couch and coffee table. The area was large and roomie , the ensuite was clean with fresh towels and a shower bath tub arrangement . The breakfast was comprehensive , tasty , incuded in price and the staff helful and pleasant . The hotel surrounds felt welcoming and pops of art with wood overtones that created a calm enterance . The car park was at the back and the only trouble we had was that the car number was entered with one wrong letter so we used the intercom to exit the carpark until it was worked out that it was the wrong number, All thngs considered it was a very calm relaxing stay in comfort with an interesting view of the city .

As mentioned the carpark exit caused problems until the correct letter was enterted. The hotel was further from the area we were visiting than expected but as we were driving it just took a little longer .

Bed SO comfortable. Shower pressure good and hot. Room spacious. Had Superior room which had sort of view. Opening window a big plus.

NOISE of other people on the same floor late at night - must be thin walls. Have stayed before - car parking now an extra cost and pretty steep ($27pn) for where the hotel is and fact it's not undercover. Was added to an already expensive stay at over $240pn; especially when they add that irritating surcharge for VISA, despite the fact many hotels won't let you pay with your savings/debit card without expecting some sort of cash security. Housekeeping didn't get to my room on the second day.

Friendly staff

People talking loudly (party) next door. I called reception at 1130, they explained "no parties after 10pm". And they would ask them to quieten down. The noise continued, and they moved OUTSIDE our bedroom door to laugh/talk loudly. I opened bedroom door, and explained it was almost midnight and I had children in the room. Within 3 mins- a man yelled at our doorway that he would "kill us". I knew he was drunk, so didn't bring this up with staff- with fear of retribution from the neighbour in the next room the next day, as we were staying 2 nights

Convenience to where we needed to go. Room was very spacious.

The noise…. Which resulted in a sleepless night. I do understand some of the noises were out of the Hotels control however need to be noted. We had a pool view room which we didn’t realise was next to a hospital where 2 ambulances came during the night with sirens on. ALL night, doors kept opening & banging closed on a regular basis. At 6am the fire alarm malfunctioned. We got up, threw our (few) things together & rang Reception only to be told it was a malfunction. No PA announcement was made advising guests it was a malfunction. The final straw was arriving home to a mini-bar debit on my credit card that we did not use!

The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the shower was great. The room was a good size. The buffet breakfast had a good range of options, but no pancakes or station for fresh eggs, omelettes etc.

The room was very hot, we kept trying to adjust the temperature and nothing worked. We called reception (at first they didn't answer) and they said they can't do anything except give us a pedestal fan. We took it but it didn't do much. They seemed understaffed. At breakfast we had to wait a whole to be seated as the person was busy making coffees. I ordered 2 coffees (I had to go and find the person, noone offered coffees), she told me it would take a while as she had to deliver room service. So one staff member was seating people, making coffees, taking coffee orders, checking the food didn't need refilling, and delivering room service. She was very friendly and helpful but I felt bad for her as she was not supported in her role with this much to do. It seemed quite unfair.

Comfortable beds, quick check-in/check out process, great buffet breakfast and nice view. Apartment was nice and quiet and could only barely hear neighbouring doors closing. Staff in the restaurant were extremely busy but were still so lovely, 5 stars to the lady working behind the bar making the coffees on Sunday!! She was clearly extremely flat out but still delivered an exceptional service with a smile.

Couple of small issues, shower wasn't great, toilet roll holder was broken, the room info did say there was a bath, which is why I initially booked this place, but not a massive issue.

Location was good. About a 10 min walk down to the waterfront which was nice to take in the surroundings. The pool was great and breakfast was nice.

Small things … I felt like the parking should be included in the price of accommodation as it was $27 extra. Also for breakfast despite having it included as part of the room, you still had to pay extra for a decent coffee. There was an instant coffee type machine but I couldn’t drink it and then when I asked for a cappuccino I found out on check out this was an extra charge.
