Poor entrance signs. Yard, pool and surrounds have the potential to be attractive but need attention. Even a sweep of leaves etc outside our door makes it more appealing. Lack of power points and cutlery and shower door in our unit was difficult to operate

The location was very convenient for the museum of vehicle evolution which is what we wanted to see. The lake out the back door was a very pleasant surprise and we saw some birds in the morning. The room was large.

Some of the fixtures needed maintenance, curtains etc. Decor is rather dated but clean and comfortable.

The overall feeling, nice rooms, good parking, location, good facilities.

The Entrance at night is not lit up, missed the entrance twice

older establishment so the room is huge! lots of room in the prep area to make a basic microwave dinner! it’s fairly quiet too. not as much road noise

the smallest TV! it’s the size of most peoples computer monitors these days. and you have to view it across a large room. not good for watching Wimbledon! Staff are polite but shy and had to have our drivers license photocopied which we were reluctant to do!

Room and bathroom are very large. Fairly quiet area.

We had a corner spa bath with shower over it. Not sure if spa worked but it is hard to get in and out of it due to sore angles, so elderly or those who have mobility trouble may find it hard to have a shower.

This is a good motel and the room was very spacious. Bathroom was huge and the shower was amazing for hot water. Very cheap too

Lovely view out the big glass doors and a large spacious room which had beautiful perfume fragrance.. not the usual air freshener which I find sickening. A blossoming tree at the front door.. like Kyoto . And a restful spar bath.

Spacious room and bathroom, all clean and comfortable with relaxing outdoor view.

The outdoor areas could do with some ongoing maintenance which would make the overall experience really good.

The room was clean and spacious and instant hot water for the shower. We enjoyed the spa and pool and loved that we could just walk out the back door to go for a swim. The staff was very polite and friendly. I would go back 😁

I can't think of anything that would be better I enjoyed my stay here was very beautiful wonderful place better than any other motel in shepparton I've ever been to and fair price and the owners very very nice trade me better than just a guest beautiful people I I would recommend anyone staying here you won't be disappointed. ❤️
