Room was clean and comfortable. All furnishings and amenities in good condition. Motel was well located, close to centre of town, and giving easy access to main roads in and out. Receptionists friendly and efficient in most cases.

Room on first floor wasn't ideal; had to carry bike, spare wheels and other gear up and down stairs. Parking layout isn't great. Receptionist on arrival has much to learn from her older colleagues; her demeanour was about as personable as my fridge.

Room cleaned, towels replaced daily, tea and milk replaced daily. Parking right outside our room. Convenient proximity to the restaurant. Within walking distance to other restaurants and the RSL was on the opposite corner for those who like that sort of venue.

Accessing the Wi-Fi caused my partner a lot of stress. The first number failed, then the second ones also. It took two people in Reception to actually make the connection.

The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and clean and comfortable. Was nice to arrive on cold night and find the room warm from the a/c - welcoming touch. Bed was comfortable. Nice to have cold bottles of water in fridge - so many motels don't do this yet it's such a simple and welcomed gesture. Most of all is was nice to check in to a motel that has a person at the desk rather than a key box and pin number.

My front door was difficult to close.

Room was comfortable and very clean. The free WiFi worked really well and the extra TV channels were a bonus for my downtime. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Room service was delicious and value for money.

The "Buffet" breakfast was a waste of time. Its not value for money and very little variety. I wouldn't bother going back to the restaurant again for breakfast.

Our room was an accessible room & was very suitable for my husband's mobility issues. It was located down in the corner & even though other guests in groups were socialising outside their rooms, their chatter did not disturb us in our room.

The power points to plug the electric kettle into were right back in the corner above the cupboard. A little out of the way especially if the guest was wheelchair bound. My husband was not but I also found it a little difficult to reach back to reach the power point.

Loved the room and having a private balcony and free on site parking. My favourite accomodation in Shepparton by far and I have stayed at 5 other locations incl Quest, Parklake, Carrington etc. I prefer this over all others. Bathroom was excellent, Bed was very comfortable. Great to have hot chocolate and complimentary water bottles in the room as well! Most hotels don't bother any more.

Room could have been cleaned a little bit better, there were still empty beer cans from previous guest outside on the balcony and the carpet was a little dirty.. I'm being fussy though - Not really an issue and would not stop me from staying again - still exceeded expectations especially for the price.

Very helpful staff. I needed to alter my stay a little and they couldn't have been better to deal with. they were able to change some detail sand allow me to rebook if required, for which I was very grateful. Room was very clean and well appointed, not the newest rooms but all you need. I always take my own pillow but even the pillows seemed better than most you find around.

Room was a fraction dated and I did end up right in a back corner of the building right near the stairs. That was great as long as nobody was nearby as the sound echoed around. Stayed Sunday night and room prices in Shepparton were quite expensive for what you get.

The room was beautifully furnished, extra large double beds and perfect amount of bedding to keep you very conditionally warm. The ensuite was again extra large with a twin Basin and shower. Well with the cost and the staff were fantastic! Great for families and I highly recommend staying here if traveling through Shepparton VIC.

The only thing I can say was I could not find a hair dryer!! 😂😂

Location was wonderful and the staff very welcoming and accommodating. Room was pleasant and large a little disappointed it did not have a balcony as advertised.

Poor housekeeping and cleaning left a little to be desired, light clean for a 2 day stay was well below par. I felt the price was slightly above what would have been a fair price for the service.

It was a basic room to provide sleeping accommodation. This was okay and met my simple needs.

The toilet system sits too low in the bath-room. The food facility for Sunday morning was poor as the restaurant was not open for business although a room service could be provided. Given the place was full this is not good enough.
