Good sized room with queen and standard beds. Very comfortable, heating good. Easy parking and close to local shop. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to the sporting precinct (my reasons for stay)

A little dated in decor and style. Minimal crockery. A long distance from centre of city if don't have own transport.

Everything was clean and tidy outside around the property as well as inside the rooms. The owners were lovely. Will return next time we are up that way. Shower head in our room was also awesome!!

Road noise late at night was a little loud for us, but we are also from the bush with no road noise at all near us so I’m tipping we are over sensitive to that.

The rooms were very clean with a nice neutral smell. The beds were fairly comfortable but definitely recommend your own pillow if you have neck/back issues (personal preference) Zoe was just a delight to deal with. Will be staying again if we are back in the area again.

The rooms were a little dated but still had plenty of modern conveniences added so no real issue.

Absolutely amazing customer service, very friendly and kind people, very polite and given that i was struggling with a brain injury and large bags they even offered help with them without my asking although wasn't needed, clean and tidy quiet rooms, nice area with pool etc outside, couldn't have asked for more, highly recommended 😊

The rooms were fantastic nice large space and the staff were the best we have come across ever! There was also free washing machine and dryer which was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back

the rooms were very spacious, comfortable beds, great facilities, the doors were a little hard to close from the outside, but they had a little latch thingy from the inside that i have never seen before. all in all it is a great place to stay for Families the pool is not heated, but it was a refreshing dip for the kids

the internet was really poor, it didnt work at all, the host, rang the provider and was going to reset it remotely but that never eventuated, so we were hotspotting phones to the kids ipads to keep them entertained, but that was the only down fall.

Very clean, good size room. The gardens and pool was well maintained.

Shower over spa, it was ok for us but if you are elderly or have a mobility issues please tell reception at time of booking to ensure they give you a room with a normal shower.

all good. maybe you need to add a rubbish bin just in the centre near the pool somewhere - I could not find one and had to put my cigarette butts in the corner on the grass under the tree - you have probably had to take them out. i would have taken them out myself if you had a rubbish bin visible somewhere

Loacation was wonderful. We enjoy the room so roomy. Staff so helpful We all enjoyed the outside spa and pool. Staff very friendly quiet area.Son loved the Santa watch in office. We all enjoyed the stay

The fridge wasn't working and unable to make meals there but there was a microwave. It needed more crockery or cutlery
