Room though small came with complimentary bottled water ( 2 of), a half bottle of Shiraz-Cab, to small Kit Kats. Huge wall mounted TV too. A short 100m walk to the RSL for dinner. Also a Burrito restaurant as you drive into the accommodation.

Still waiting ( have left the accommodation) access to the internet having typed in my email address, room number and name. Walls are very thin as you could hear your next door neighbour. After 6pm key safe and to get the code you had to ring another number not on your booking.com print out.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, they accommodated my request for two rooms close together. Parking was directly in front of the room and very easy to navigate. The rooms were clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms were simple, but clean and supplied with everything we needed. The free drinks and snacks were a very welcome surprise. The location was central to the main town, within walking distance. An excellent stay.

The restaurant on site was undergoing renovations, so was closed. However we found many restaurants and food options within two blocks of the motel, so it really wasn't a problem.

The room was clean. However, daddy long leg spiders had webs and were hanging around between the wardrobe and unit housing the bar fridge (just next to complimentary wine and chips). This was hard to see unless you interacted closely with these items.

Security - I couldn't lock the front window overnight, in a slightly open position. Instead, I had to rely on air conditioning overnight to keep the room at a comfortable temperature for sleeping which is not my preference.

staff were AMAZING!! checked in late Christmas Day and the staff made sure to call well before reception closed to be sure I’d have access to my key and make sure I was all set for an enjoyable stay! beautifully sized room, bed and bathroom, bed was so comfortable it was hard to get out of the next day! The complimentary snacks were so cute, my partner and I enjoyed them after a relaxing spa which I nearly fell asleep in, spa fits two people perfectly.. even the us tall traveler’s that usually dangle our legs over the edge! No dangling legs here!! overall highly recommend, affordable, clean and an enjoyable experience.. next time I hope to stay long enough to enjoy the outdoor pool.

The room was spacious and the bed was kingsize. The cleanliness was good on arrival. I sort of expected someone to come in through the day and make the bed and give us clean crockery etc.

The shower head leaked. the fan in the bathroom didnt work. the tv had an annoying light that flashed in the dark so that we had to turn it off at the wall overnight. Also we dont drink alcohol so it might be good to not assume every one drinks and offer dealcoholized wine.

The room was extremely clean, comfortable and well appointed. There was complimentary wine and chocolates which was a nice touch - not one I've seen elsewhere previously. A definite point of distinction from other service providers. The staff were really friendly and helpful and were happy to provide directions to different businesses around the city. Easily the best place I've stayed when driving across Victoria and I will stay there again definitely!

Hard to criticise - it exceeded my expectations and my requirements so I was very happy.

The room was clean and spacious with a king size bed and a sofa. There were complimentary snacks & bottled water. Parking was outside the door making it easy to unload the car. I would recommend to anyone who doesn't want to self cater.

I should have checked the room facilities better because it was difficult to self cater any meals with no microwave or crockery, only cup, saucer & glasses, my fault. There was only one chair.

The hotel was perfectly located and easy to find. Check in was seamless and we found all staff to be professional and courteous. Our room was very comfortable and clean. All expected amenities were in the room, air dryer, ironing board and iron, tea, coffee, milk, etc. Bottled water in the fridge and complimentary snacks and bottle of wine. Thank you had a great stay.

Nothing I didn't like.

Great location within walking distance to RSL, main shops, hotels etc. Friendly staff and easy check-in. Large, clean spa room. Bed was comfortable and room quiet. Pool (& area) was clean and inviting, which we took full advantage of on the hot day we arrived. Complimentary wine, bottled water & chocolate a special added bonus. Only stayed one night but would definitely stay here again.

The surprise gift bottle of wine and snacks on arrival were a lovely touch. The body lotions, soaps, shampoo and conditioner supplied were beautiful to use. The pool area was clean and relaxing (if a little cold) and it was good to have laundry facilities available. Most importantly, the people on reception were friendly, helpful and highly professional. Gladly recommended.

The pool was so beautiful, clean and inviting but the water was icy cold. A little too refreshing but not a deal breaker.
