The suite was compact, thoughtful, interesting, well planned, comfortable, and very clean. I was not expecting such a modern and efficient unit and it was great. There were good dinner options within walking distance and it would have been nice to have information about food available in the room. We checked in and out outside of business hours so never met the front desk staff, but check-in was easy with the instructions they sent us through booking.com

I was not expecting the cost of the hotel shuttle through an external partner. It wasn’t overly expensive for the 15 minute drive, but it was unexpected. As an international traveller, I needed an Australian phone number to make the booking for the shuttle

Close to airport. Shopping centres close by. Major roads close by so easy to get to. Clean and very comfortable. Everything you need supplied in the cabin. All you need it to bring your food. Quiet location no apparent yahoo's noted in the area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for your stay be it one night or more. I certainly will be staying there on my next visit to Melbourne. My second stay at the location.

due to the shortness of our stay, I.e. we arrived late in the afternoon and needed to get up early to catch a flight the next morning, I felt stressed trying to get the kids up, fed and more importantly found having to do the dishes before we left otherwise face a $200 cleaning fee quite stressful. in fact, this made us late getting to the airport. from there my son who has autism felt rushed and vomited on the bus because of his anxiety associated with having autism. from there, we nearly were not allowed to fly due to his vomiting condition. So you see, dishes and the necessity for them to be done to perfection to avoid a fee, caused me as a mother great stress and had a knock on affect to the rest of my day.

Lovely place to stay. Very spacious and all you need. The proximity to the airport for us was crucial and it was great for that.

Arriving late, middle of the night you need to fi d your cabin and the only pickle we had was actually finding our cabin as the numbers on the units were not visible in the dark. So you'd try to figure out where you were and had to walk maybe 2 to 3 buildings to figure out where you were. Still made it and of course, not a problem if there is some light when arriving.

Closeness to airport, Andrews Airport car parking and off the main road. Also handy to the Biggest Little Lolly Shop in the world. At the same time close to shops and the West Meadows Tavern and fast-food outlets. We have had two different rooms at our stays there and struck lovely comfortable beds both times.

Not too much, we had an upstairs apartment, my fault, I forgot to mention when we booked that we required a ground floor apartment.

The Airport Tourist Village clearly acts as an accommodation for transit visitors as well as construction workers, although the areas appear to be quite defined. Transit travelers are accommodated in spacious apartment style rooms that consist of a bedroom, bathroom, lounge area and kitchen. The Bedroom is of a re, containing a very comfortable sofa, reasonable size and contains a large comfortable bed as well as providing considerable closet and storage space. The lounge area is spacious, containing, apart from some occasional furnishings and nice artwork, a very comfortable sofa as well as a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is spacious and is well supplied with kitchenware and complimentary beverages. The bathroom is of a reasonable size, but the shower itself is quite small, meaning that the knocking of elbows while washing becomes inevitable. While towels, bathmat and complimentary toiletries are supplied, face cloths are not. Wi-Fi connection was existent but erratic. Located on a bus route enabling residents to reach local train stations and a five-minute walk from a small local shopping centre which includes several dining options.

We were only here for a very short time but the place was nice and arranging the after hours check in was easy. Staff were helpful and responsive over chat/email. Very convenient when needing to stay near the airport for late arrival/early flight out.

Getting in and out in the dark was a bit confusing. Fortunately we were staying near the front and they left the light on for us so it was a bit easier to find the cabin in the dark.

Lovely, friendly lady on the front desk.. very helpful, sorry I have forgotten her name.. but 10/10 to her as she is the first person customers deal with. Very welcoming. Park was set out in a nice area. Loved the cabin. It had everything I needed, plus extremely clean.. loved that.

Probably a one off but families and people coming in late and arguing outside my room around 11:30. Car lights on high beam into doors or cabins when trying to sleep to catch plane early morning..

The boss lady and I hit it off from the start. She's amazing, as is the lady from housekeeping. Omg, so friendly and fun. They even gave me a birthday gift. Lovely, lovely ladies, I love them 🤗 If I were ever to move here, I would look them up first. The unit was clean, and as it was upstairs, very quiet. The bed was perfect for me and I slept like a rock. So well in fact, that I didn't hear the staff knocking on my door. A little chocolate on my pillow was a treat. I travelled from Perth to meet friends from NZ, so, a shower, peace and quiet and a sleep was all I needed. A short walk to the shops that had plenty of food options, an IGA and coffee. Would happily stay here again. Highly recommend

The weather - so unpredictable

Ease of access from the airport. Just what was required after a long flight from UK. Place was large enough for three and comfortable.

I was arriving late so I had to send proof of identity prior to arrival, to receive a code that would give me access to a key safe with accommodation details and keys. The required proof was stuck in my email outbox. On arrival I had no code. A phone call to the number on the office door sorted the access code. So all good.
