The hotel room was in near new condition with comfortable beds, a spotless bathroom, large tv and access to the attached restaurant with a good looking menu (although we didn't dine there as we had eaten before arriving). The location was perfect for our needs - near to the airport, next door to a large shopping complex and there was plenty of parking available.

The room we were in had a door dividing it from the neighbouring room, so it could be opened as a twin room. The door between rooms is clearly not sound proof at all. I'm not sure if all the rooms can be joined this way, but it is a big downfall, especially if the adjoining room is occupied and by noisy neighbours. Unfortunately this was the case for us and we were woken at midnight and 4am, first by people talking as though they were in our room, then by a loud tv that kept playing for hours on end. This really affected our quality of sleep. We noticed in the morning that there was a sign with a phone number to report noise disruptions, so at least the hotel is aware of this.

Stayed here for 1 night before flying out on a holiday. Plenty of parking, entered via busy reception for pokies etc as well as the accommodation but check in was easy. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was fairly small but neat, clean and tidy. All that we needed. Bed was comfortable. Dinner/Take away not far away with plenty of choices. Would happily stay here again when flying out- nice and close to the off airport parking facility we use.

Good location with close proximity to the tram into Melbourne, and a large shopping centre next to the hotel. Room was small and basic, but everything we needed. It was surprisingly quiet given its proximity to a shopping centre, hotel and bottle shop. Staff were excellent and very helpful.

Great updated rooms, all we needed. It's a great shower. The bed was maybe a little too soft for me, but everything was good and clean. Very close to shopping, and Bistro is right there for meals. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Bed was comfy but ended up being a bit too soft for me. Conversations are easily heard out in the corridor but it is a hotel and it didn't really bother me.

The bed was really comfortable, the staff very friendly, bathroom lovely and clean, didn,t notice alot of noise on the night. Location to airport was great, I didn't have to the worry of battling through peak hour to catch my flight

I was a little worried about where to park my car overnight as the venue included pokies etc, but when I asked the staff they said the best and safest place to park was directly out the front of reception under the lights and where cameras where. This then gave me more peace of mind about the security of my vechicle

Lovely porch windows and bushes outside made sitting at the desk pleasant. Great wet room style shower. On site facilities were plush. Adjacent mall has everything. Tram stop nearby. Staff helpful and looked after my case.

Very noisy funfair a few metres from the window. The windows are single glazed so no noise suppression from the funfair. Fortunately the funfair went quiet at 10.30pm, but as I checked in at 2pm to work on a project at the desk this was completely disrupted. Apparently this is unusual and I was unlucky to pick that night.

Enjoyed my stay. Only two nights but confused by sign which said only hotel guests down corridor. Had nephew to visit for a whole day so hoped he wasn't going to get sent away re the notice. Staff excellent and helpful. Found that the sound proofing through the door to the next room was totally inadequate as heard the occupants enjoying each other as if I was in their room. Needs more sound proofing in the door.

Dinner in bistro was excellent Room was studio style - small but well layed out and very comfortable. we were not disturbed during the night, by noise - pleasing! very clean room and bathroom.

we would have appreciated a nice clear map as to how to get Airport and particularly to long term parking entrance Missing the entrance to Value parking made a stressful start to our day.

Restaurant and front counter staff were exceptional. Food was cooked to perfection. Beds and linen were exceptional and clean.

The bar staff weren't as helpful and lacked the service and professionalism of the other areas. I could hear the conversation of the guy on the phone in the room next door , so if your a light sleeper this would be a rough night.

I’ve stayed twice, only for one night to fly out early from the airport. Easy parking and my key ready from the friendly and helpful night staff so I can go straight to my room. Room is clean, bed comfortable and has all the quick facilities that I need in the room. I drop the key into a key box for my early departure with less than 10 minutes drive to the airport car park.

The fan turns on with the light in the bathroom which was a bit loud when the shower is turned off.
