Always great service, from Complimentary courtesy bus from airport, to Staff in reception who are welcoming and helpful. When we arrived we were told the bar will be open for another hour. We dropped our luggage off, and were back at the bar within 10 minutes to find it closed. It was due to reception suddenly being inundated by guests arriving later than expected, as bad weather delayed many flights into Melbourne. One staff member opened the bar for us to purchase a drink, which we were very grateful for after a long flight.

Nothing to dislike

It was so nice to come back to Australia and be greeted by lovely friendly staff. Everyone we interacted with was so nice, something we really missed while abroad. The hotel provided a bus transfer to and from the airport, it was quick and easy to use. Reception was awesome to deal with and our room was everything promised, clean, quiet and it had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing accomodation eat the airport. Also loved that it slept three people!

The bed was a little on the small side but we were so tired it didn’t matter too much.

I booked it for an overnight stay after arriving late into Melbourne and to be honest, for the price, I expected something average and what I found was above average service from all staff and a very modern, clean room in a safe, secure facility. The locations is an easy walk to fast food outlets and restaurant options.

My only complaint is something beyond everyone’s control. Being an airport hotel, people leave early and the sound of rolling suitcases woke me up fairly early - apart from that everything was fabulous

The room was good, clean and well equipped. The motel was close to the airport and restaurants which suited our needs.

The check in. While the staff were polite, the booking was made on my partner's card (who I was travelling to collect and wasn't with me at check in), they insisted on seeing her card (she was in Mackay heading home) and would not charge to this card they insisted I use my card which created a budgeting issue. We believed that the card had already been charged. This as a general policy may need to be looked at as it may be that the room/accommodation may be given as a gift and the card holder may not ne travelling.

The shuttle bus was so convenient- with just a short drive to the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The room was extremely clean. It was nothing fancy but was exactly what we needed for a one night stay in between flights. We also had the buffet breakfast which was pretty good.

From the room we were in I could hear noise from other guests. Mostly just showers running, toilets flushing kind of noise. I’m a bit of a light sleeper so that woke me up at around 5am when people were getting ready. But besides this the hotel location itself was very quiet.

This property was a surprise packet. We booked this for one night on our return from a short trip away as we didn't want to be driving back home (to regional Vic) in the dark. Staff were lovely at check in and we parked our car not far from our ground floor room. The room itself was very small, however this wasn't a surprise and it was immaculately clean. Bed was quite comfy, however pillows were flat and not very supportive. We went for a drink in the small bar and were served by a lovely staff member. We then wandered across to the restaurant and were treated to a very tasty meal at a very reasonable price. All in all, would recommend this property and would stay again.

The staff are all absolutely wonderful and always happy to help. They asked us about our plans and engaged in conversation. I wasn't aware of the buffet breakfast before we went but for $25 it was well worth the money with continental and hot food available. The complimentary shuttle bus to and from the airport was also much appreciated.

The beds were quite uncomfortable and rooms small but about expected for the low price of our stay.

The room was clean, and small but good for one person with luggage. The restaurant was not open for dinner but nearby facilities for eating, however - if the restaurant was open I would have had a meal there - that was a BIG down for me! Staff were lovely, room was great, airport shuttle was excellent thankyou.

No restaurant open at the weekend - a big 0 for that. I got some horrible food at the airport and did not enjoy that one bit.. relaxing with a meal at the hotel would have been much better.

The staff at this hotel were the best of the experience. Every staff member we met was friendly and willing to please. The buffet breakfast was also excellent. The room service food was good and reasonably priced. The airport transfer was very useful for us. Although I had a car to pick up at long term parking, it meant I could send my tired family members and the luggage on to the hotel. The hotel staff also took the baggage to our room for us.

The two bedroom family suite we got was a bit on the small side but suited our needs compared to other similarly priced places available. It would have been good to have a table in the room that could be really used to eat at, perhaps instead of the desk? With such great room service options this would be useful.

Exceptionally helpful staff. We last stayed there in 2018, but they greeted us as "previous stayers" when we arrived. Useful onsite parking. Good restaurant, open for breakfast and dinner.

Bit fiddly getting across the Bus Lane to access the hotel front entrance, to unload luggage. Design of the rooms, certainly 226, where we were, perhaps the ones at the rear generally? means that all noise transmits to neighbouring ones. Nearby guests talked till 2am and then started again at 6am. Big downer!! But they were just talking, not shouting or screaming. It is the lack of baffle that is the problem. Also running water, at times, which sounded very loud in our room.
