I have stayed here before. Good location on Sydney Road, that becomes the Hume Highway, as I was driving 700kms to Dubbo. Quick check in, I was given a clean renovated room at the rear of the property on the 3rd floor (top floor). New TV, aircon 2 single beds. Rooms are a universal standard layout, fridge, kettle tea n coffee. Good value for travellers, free parking right outside the door. swipe card entry. Last time I stayed at this property, I wrote a very damming review of my blocked sink, and dirty room, hairs in the bed. This was a pleasant change, after VIC HEALTH raided the property. And now the rooms are what anyone would expect, a clean functioning room with a modern working appliances and toilets and sinks that work.

I would like to see a shower curtain to keep the water off the toilet pan when taking a shower.

Good value for money, very very comfortable bed, room was clean, facilities are very basic but that is the brand. But can I say it again, the bed was very very comfortable, worth a 5 star rating if based on the bed. Also 10 minute walk to train and 30 minute train ride to City, so easy to get to City.

The room I stayed in, 236 the window has a leak around the frame, and in Melbourne's winter, you really need to keep the air conditioning on hot to keep the room warm. Otherwise the room is freezing cold with the air coming in from outside.

On a long Australia Day weekend, Tennis on in Melbourne and school holidays, Lucky I booked ahead and was able to stay here again. The room was on the ground floor a little dusty, but I had a good nights sleep after watching the Tennis till 11pm. The rooms a well laid out everything you need even Tea and Coffee.

The room was not clean properly, dirt and dust along the wall near the sink and behind the bed. $105 at peak times, I never complain, because you cannot sleep in your car.

Basic hotel, but it is a budget. Thst said, supplied everything we needed for a one night stop over before heading for the airport on an early flight out of Melbourne. We booked for 3 adults, one being on a top bulk, but very comfy beds. Tea and coffee supplied, also with a fridge in the room. Small, like a student accommodation, but a good price for the convenience of flights.

Location was good. We walked to Gowrie train station is was almost a kilometre walk but easy walking. We thought the breakfast was very good value and liked the express pancake machine.

Location good but difficult to get out of carpark and get into correct lanes to turn as very bust intersection - also long walks to get any food nothing is close by so order the breakfast. Also no microwave in hotel.

The staff were Very friendly and helpful, and listened to all concerns, i.e. ground floor room for girl with mobility issues. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

The bathroom was tiny, making it difficult to help with shower as needed. The room was also quite small with very little room around the beds. A microwave and some cutlery and crockery would have been very appreciated as my little girl has a very limited diet that is not really catered for in the surrounding area.

The rooms are really cozy, I really like how small they are! Really good option for solo travellers who don’t want a big room and just want something cheap!

Only 2 things I can fault, the full flush button on the toilet didn’t work and someone prior to me had stolen the TV remote batteries so that didn’t work either

Loved the crisp white sheets and excellent mattress. The breakfast is served on ground floor level and included cereals, fruit and yoghurt, toast with spreads and cheese, and pancakes. Amazing value for money.

The bathroom has a weird design, reminds me of a portable bathroom. But it did serve its purpose, and had great hot water.

I have stayed here a few times now, this time on the ground floor which I think is much nicer, it also does not have all the noise of trucks driving by. The room was clean, and things like the tv looked in good condition and clean.

The bathroom is so small, it's the size of an airplane bathroom with the shower. I had to check in after the reception was open. I had called earlier to let them know and to use the kiosk out front. Unfortunately this did not work, however upon calling the number someone quickly came and checked me in.

Friendly greeting upon arrival All you can eat breakfast Ideally located for what I was doing and met my expectations as I knew I had booked a cheaper hotel, so I accepted anything that was not provided, in other words I got what I paid for .
