I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the room. You could not do anything about it but the bed was a bit soft for my liking. I needed to get a significant amount of work completed and I found it was the perfect place to achieve this - no distractions and dinner was served, I did not have to stop to make it. I exceeded the goals I had set for myself and this was very pleasing. I would certainly return to Hotel 115.

I had a balcony for my room but it had obviously not been cleaned for a long time and that spoiled the opportunity to sit out there in the warm sun, particularly when I specifically asked for a room with a balcony. I missed not having a shower cap available to use in the bathroom.

Location was good, shower was lovely and room was nice, staff were great also, very efficient.

Maybe when booking on line there is somewhere that says you can drive in to the hotel via the side street and check in from the back entrance as the main road is very busy and it’s a clearway out the front and would have got towed.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. From the reception, to the cleaners and anyone else we encountered. We thought to cost was reasonable. Always polite and happy to help with any questions. Rooms were clean, smelled good and had everything we needed. Thanks - we will be happy to stay again when next in Melbourne.

We found the Hotel to be a great location. Lovely decor, friendly and helpful staff. The beds were very comfortable had a great night sleep as I had had a medical procedure done I needed a good comfortable bed and we were not disappointed at all. We sat out on the Balcony had a wine before going done to the Hotels Restaurant. Again staff very friendly meals were beautiful, My husband had the steak and I had Calamari, Nice Glass of House Red followed by yummy Sweets Sticky Date Pudding and Apple Crumble YUMM!

Room spacious and clean. Well located and very quiet. Suited us for the weekend. Restaurant bar closed but we were directed to another place that worked well. There is some painting / renovation happening in the hotel.

Decor is very brown - lounge furniture could have been arranged a bit better to create a seating area vs a straight line! Overall well appointed.

Great accommodation close to tram. Short walk to shopping centres and cafes restaurants. Clean and well presented. Enjoyable place to stay. Daily fresh towels, bathroom and bed made up.

Whilst room service was quick, the pizza was pretty ordinary.

Restaurant and bar not open everyday. Note: Sunday all closed. However we found a great Thai place 6 min walk away. Would be helpful for guests to be informed of alternatives that are open in the area when their hotel facilities are closed.

The Lady on check in around 8:30 pm was great . Nothing was a problem and very helpful

The tv and technology a bit out dated . Had an internet and desktop service through the TV . But couldn't connect to many things Google couldn't be used .Unless you have an apple phone or product everything can't be used . Drinks and cocktails aren't on 24 hour room service menu , only offer was a premix Johnny Walker can ... Last time I stayed we could still get drinks from the bar all night .

The room was pleasant to walk into....clean and refreshing....bathroom clean Rain shower head although a personal preference for smaller more manageable one...bed comfortable and good size for two... car space available at cost but good to have the car under cover for the duration of our stay

There was nothing we didn't like....the accommodation met our expectations.
