Room was clean. hsekeeping neat. bed was having clean sheets, Location was v convinient as trams were easinlya available and it was tram fare free zone.upto flinders on one side. we went to phillips island penguin show and the bus picked us up from the hotel itself. Soo nice as we did not have to travel far off to take the bus. drop also at hotel itself past midnight.

The menu for breakfast was essentially a NON-VEGETARIAN MENU. very difficult for us as vwe are PURE VEGETARIANS- NO EGGS ALSO. The menu had almost no veg. items. we had to go to svarnah bhuvan for food or desi dhabba near flinders for food. The hotel should seriously look into this matter. Lastly now we have ckd in at in IBIS at Sydney darling harbour We are not getting any loyalty benefits. i am classic member of ACCOR too recently. I expect some benefits like complimentary breakfast for at least 3 days or so. or may be a small drink bottle of whiskey .hope you take a quick call during our stay upto sunday 22nd jan.

The hotel is in a great location within the China town area. Queen Victoria Markets is only a 1 minute walk, along with the Victoria Market tram station. You can catch tram 109 down to flinders st which also stops at Melbourne Central and Bourke St along the way. The hotel offers guest laundry services with coin operated washer and dryer. They are $4 each and detergent can be purchaed at the lobby.

The only part of our stay that I believe needs improvement is breakfast. The basics are offered for a good start to the day, however I think a wider variety would be great. There was scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, toast along with fruit (some fresh and some canned for eg the pears and peaches), yoghurt and mini croissants. Pancakes along with danishes and mini muffins would be a great addition and appeal to kids as well as adults.

Location

The light near the table is too dim despite with table lamp. As there were many people queuing to check out, I used booking.com to message hotel to have one more table lamp but no action was taken. Then, I approached reception at night but the staff told me no maintenance and asked me to come again next morning. I wonder if there was no handover communication between staff? Why can’t the staff handover to her colleague instead of wasting my time next morning queuing to ask reception for the table lamp? The reception staff still could tell me no handover for shift staff. I am really surprise that there was no handover between staff especially for hotel with 24/7 services.

The location is great. No need to pay for public transportation as it is free in the center of the city. A lot of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes in this area, plus the market. The hotel is nice. You can have a good breakfast. There is the possibility to wash your laundry ( very convenient when you travel for a long time ). The staff is very nice.

The AC was sometimes too cold for me ( I had to wear a hoodie when having my breakfast).

Staff were awesome, good size room. I didn’t use any faculty except car park and bathroom near foyer

The sofa bed was terrible. The pillows were terrible. The car park entrance and exit where riled door is, is very tight Price was a little excessive for the facilities Our room was right next to staff linen or housekeeping cupboard. When there they were extremely loud, their walkie talkies were exceedingly loud. They were calling out to each other. A little over the top.

The location right near Queen Vic Markets and if you don't mind a 20-30 minute walk you can head down Swanston St to the Yarra. We walked to and from the Sidney Myer Music Bowl and the next day to the NGV and back, meandering through the laneways on the way to NGV. Comfy bed with good bed linen. Spacious room and bathroom. Excellent blockout blinds.

Small thing really, we would have loved a couple of extra pillows, there was one extra in the cupboard. Noise from people in the corridor and other doors closing was the only other issue.

Great location, good buffet breakfast and close to Queen Victoria Markets and trams to city. Easy walk to city as well. Close to a lot of places to eat and an Aldi very close by for supplies etc. Great place to stay. My apartment was very quiet. It is a bit dated in areas but still very good.

Location was great, convenient to go around the city and access to trams. Lifts were quite quick and no long waits. Always someone available in reception, who are helpful. High level of cleanliness.

Parking access was very narrow and difficult to drive in and out, regardless of the car size. No lift to the hotel from the parking (basement) so difficult to bring luggages up or down via stairs and narrow corridors, can be hazardous. Shower curtain could be washed as it stunk as if it was not dried immediately after washing.

Excellent location, helpful and friendly staff, good sized apartment. We were able to store bags before check in which was very helpful as we were then able to start exploring the city. Washing machine and dryer worked well. Reception booked our taxi to the airport and provided a wake up call.

It was shame there was only a microwave as I had thought there was a stove to be able to cook on for our week stay however, the kitchen was otherwise well appointed. The fold out couch was very uncomfortable and although OK for a 12 year old it wouldn't have been any good for an adult or more than 1 person.

Located close to the CBD. Walking distance to amazing eating places. In the free tram zone and tram is close by. Comfortable bed, good shower. Secure onsite underground parking for a fee.

The underground carpark has an extremely narrow driveway entrance with a tight turn into the car-parking area. If you had a 4WD or large vehicle you would not get it in. My Captiva 7 was a very tight squeeze with lots of backwards and forwardsing to get in and out, and I was worried that I would touch the concrete walls.
