Loved the location, easy access to everything. Room was clean & included all I needed. Water was hot & had good pressure. Bath products smelt lovely.

Rooftop garden area was disappointing. Showerhead would not stay up but they said they would fix it before the next people. Did not go to breakfast but restaurant looked disappointing when I walked past the restaurant in the evening with boxes everywhere.

Staff were so friendly and accomodating. After the stress of cancelled and delayed flights, the hotel caused no additional stress. So friendly, easy to contact and helpful. The Hotel is also in a great central spot.

Even with the lights on the room was a bit dark but it was fine, it is winter ! The stove top in the room wasn’t working when we first arrived but was fixed within 24 hours of notifying staff.

Our room was very clean with modern decor. The hotel uses good quality linen and towels. Reception was friendly and it was a fast easy check in. Great location for our purpose of visiting for the Melbourne International Flower show at Carlton Gardens. It was also easy walk to main part of town to shop and eat.

the only thing I didn't like was walking to and from our room (level 10) and walking past big windows in the corridor that looked down onto what was once a breakfast dining room and now is a storage space for unused furniture and supply items. It just looks messy.

The overall cleanliness of the room on entry was very good, and the beds were made every day and clean towels were given every day and we were pleased with this.

One night we had dropped some crumbs on the floor and we had cleaned them up the best way we could how ever they were there for our entire stay. Also our television only had one channel and the staff tried to rectify it but it needed more than they could do, it needed technicians which weren't available till Monday the day we left. Not being from Melbourne we wanted to watch the news to catch up on any clichés and the weather so we could be suitably attired.

Person who checked us in was great. Super friendly and helpful. The little surprise in the room for my daughters birthday was great she was very pleased.

Unfortunately not a great view out of our window but didn’t detract from our stay. Great location right in between the Queen Victoria Markets and Lygon street while easy to catch the free trams for easy access around the city centre.

I found the room to be extremely comfortable for my liking. I was able to work and play. Whilst working in the comfort of my hotel room, I found I had no interruptions from outside noise. The bed was extremely comfortable. The reception staff were extremely helpful and gave me advice on how to get places and ordered me a taxi when needed. I am very grateful for staying in this hotel.

The shower head either needed replacing or soaked so the flow would come out better.

the lady at reception was so polite and greeted with a nice smile and was very helpful. even on check out advised us were we can have breakfast and also let us leave our bags there to go have breakfast. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable would stay there again and highly recommend for anyone.

Not all rooms have views but that's the same everywhere you stay. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's a grey wall. The queen room is smaller than some but makes up for it by being so clean and well appointed

Great Location in the middle of CDB with plenty of restaurants in very close proximity and easy access to all parts of the city by public transportation. Victoria market is just a 2 minute walk away. Every room has a fully equipped kitchen. Very attentive staff and clean facilities.

Location great. Room size very spacious. We've stayed in different places in Melbourne CBD this was the biggest room. Shower pressure great and hot. Kitchen area great.

T.V. only got one descent channel. Used blanket it needed to be dry cleaned, I'm prone to dust
