the staff at the reception is amazing !!!! very friendly!!! they explained absolutely everything to us, they gave us very good recommendations of the city and where to go... On the other hand I must highlight exceptionally the people who do the cleaning in the rooms !!!! impeccable!!!! no detail was left out!!!! always clean, everything perfect !!!! I must say in my personal opinion so far it is the best hotel I have stayed in Australia not because of its luxury but because of the quality of the staff. thank you very much

just one detail and it would be perfect. I think the shower needs a door so that the water doesn't run out when you take a shower. It is the only detail

I loved the centralised location. The staff that were on knew that there was construction right outside our side of the hotel and offered to swap us it it was keeping us up, but honestly, I barely heard any noise no matter what time of day it was, so we didn't need to swap. The rooms are so tidy and smell wonderful. The room service is impeccable and everyone always had a smile on their faces. 10/10

Nothing against the hotel, the location (mainly due to road works) made it difficult to contact ubers if we needed them. We mostly walked everywhere so it Did not affect us much. But I can imagine the uber drivers getting frustrated and lost. Though, this is nothing the hotel can fix, I would like to bring it to attention, just so others know 😊

Reception staff were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Amy deserves a medal.The verandah and study alcove additional to the couch in our room made our stay a little more comfortable. Extras like toiletries and coffee were superior. Towels were large and absorbent and our daily service was quick and efficient. On site breakfast was good value, plentiful,healthy options and service with a smile We were close to shopping, eateries and public transport. Cabs were easy to hail. We were near the State Library which has a great cafe We were impressed with the standard of service and room amenities available at such a competitive price being used to paying 3 times as much for less goodwill and often, less comfort.

Very clean, very comfortable and friendly staff. Room was a good size and the kitchenette useful for doing breakfast. Microwave and 2 ring hob with extractor and pots and pans meant that you could cook if you wanted to.

Not the fault of the hotel but when we stayed there was major construction work for the metro occurring, this did not really cause any major problems apart from one night when the construction work was going on through the night. I would check with the hotel to see what the situation is in this regard before booking.

Rooms was comfy and great size. Location was AMAZING with main train station right out front. So convenient ! really loved our stay and will use this hotel for a night in melb again

The construction straight out front was annoying, noisy and inconvenient. Hotel mentioned none of it, and honestly would have appreciated a heads up and even some compensation as the roads were closed and our balcony came out straight into construction, so was loud early in morning. Understand the hotel had no choice in it but a discount would of been nice for the inconvenience as we didn’t receive any notice

First of all the girl at the reception when checked in around 7 was absolutely lovely and polite! Staff raise should be included. Room was exceptional clean and slick. I loved the bathroom design and it was very quiet. As a light sleeper that is a blessing for me. Could not hear a thing! Location was great too and for a 4 star hotel, the price was excellent. Will come again! Thank you for your hospitality.

Minor nitpick but there is construction opposite the hotel. As a light sleeper surprisingly it did not bother me but for someone else, it might be an issue. It wasnot loud by all means though. Also the bathroom sink is too low so when you wash your hands it almost splatters everywhere! Besides that, I had no issues at all.

The room was clean and modern. Our room was very quiet both to outside city noise and corridor noise. Some construction work was going on next door and when our balcony door was open, the noise was *loud*. When we closed the balcony door, we had to really strain to hear it - fabulous sound proofing! The hotel is so close to lots of restaurants and cafes. The reception staff were all really friendly and helpful and gave you a friendly greeting whenever you passed by their desk.

The bathroom sink didn't drain well and kept filling up. There were two of us in the room, but only one chair, so one of us had to sit on the bed. We would've preferred 2 chairs in the room.

Reception staff were very obliging and friendly. Location is excellent. The room itself was perfect and I enjoyed my stay. Where I stayed was surprisingly free from construction noise even though it is so near by.

The toilet. (1) thoughtless design where the flush button cannot be accessed unless you put down the cover every time!! (2) flush was not calibrated correctly and needs to be repeatedly pumped to get enough water to clean the toilet. And sometimes you need to wait for the cistern to refill to do it a few more times. Overall needlessly annoying WiFi can be a bit unstable.

I was given a wonderful surprise when I arrived at the reception where they upgraded my room to a Studio Apartment. I am totally grateful for that gesture. Also, there was a construction going on next door and I had requested a quiet room before I arrived and that is exactly what I got during my stay. Not at a single point in time did I find the construction affecting my stay. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and had all the amenities. Plus a great balcony to see a small view of Melbourne Streets. I loved it. The Reception/Customer Service Staff were outstanding. All of them were friendly and helpful. They just were there to help out the guests whenever needed. The location was also extremely convenient. Walkable to Central Melbourne and access to a great part of the city within minutes. I really loved my stay at Brady and I have even recommended it to my friends to book it during their stay. They actually did book it too.

Nothing I did not like during my stay!

The staff and receptionists are friendly. I love the location as it is very close to everything. The room was always clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. 👌🏼

The wifi and Chromecast were not working properly for the first half of my stay. I was only able to use the wifi and Chromecast during my last 2 days of stay which was a bit annoying 😭 The balcony glass door doesn’t have lock so I was somehow paranoid during my entire stay. Also, the view was blocked from the balcony so it was a waste 😢
