The Hotel is very convenient located, very close to Uni Melbourne and in the edges of CBD, right next to Victoria Market. Reception open 24/7 is convenient and so is the possibility to leave your luggage before/after checking in/out. Rooms are comfortable and sheets are nice. Totally a plus the bonus of City Baths.

There are many points to improve so the hotel can actually become a better one and a clear recommendation. - I stayed 5 nights, they NEVER changed my sheets. I mean, come on, 5 nights!! It’s a lot. They did made the bed but changing sheets every 3 days at least should be minimum. I believe they have a problem with personal, but anyway. Also, a couple of days they did not exchange my cutlery/change garbage bag. - WIFI is really bad, it is impossible to rely on it if you like me like getting some work done as well. Impossible. - The iron table was broken. The hotel is really nice, it is a pity that they have these quality issues.

Proximity to Vic Market and other places of interest. Many popular eateries in the vicinity of the hotel. Helpful staff Trams easily accessible.. Spacious Family suite compared to others - love the space Good to have 2 double beds for 3 pax. Bed soft but comfortable. Milk provided is a bonus Towels changed everyday 👍

Room 201 Taps at basin faulty and tight - hard to turn on /off Leaking bath cubicle - water from bath area runs out to the carpet on the room. Needs to have 2 towels to mop the water runs... No replenishment of daily drinking water. Balcony flooring dirty - should be better maintained Sofa bed big but mattress layer a bit thin. Should provide bedroom slippers as carpet needs cleaning

As per all boutique hotels, some style over substance and not enough space for clothes, suitcases or toiletries. The lump of wood in the bathroom is attractive but a set of shelves or drawers would be more useful. 😂😂

Jasper Hotel's location is superb - just a block away from Queen Victoria Market and a short walk to some great coffee shops and restaurants, as well as the robust Melbourne tram system. We absolutely loved our room which opened out into the interior courtyard; reading by the fountain in the courtyard each morning was a treat. The modern design throughout the hotel was also great. The staff at the Jasper were also incredibly helpful; we were able to stash our luggage until our rooms were ready, and the staff were very communicative and kind throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Liked the outdoor area courtyard off our room, very spacious. Liked the Hotel location near free tram and Victoria Market. Easy to get to Flinders St station and Marvel Stadium .Comfortable bed and large room.

Despite being non smoking , there were cigarette butts in our outdoor balcony on the ground which needed cleaning, as were cobwebs etc. Didn’t like being called by the front desk at 10.30am to remind us that check out was at 11.00 !!! Have never had this happen before !

Great location. 2 mins walk to the tram stop in Elizabeth St. 10 mins walk to Flinders St Station. Cool room with seperate bedroom and great bathroom. Room also opened out into an enclosed central courtyard. Good facilities and silent at night. Staff were great.

Food service was a bit hit and miss at breakfast time. Food good but often they missed our coffee order. No room service at night sadly or dine in options for dinner at night. To be fair, there's a thousand restaurants and eateries within mins of the hotel door, so would be hard to compete with these from the hotel's perspective.

Excellent location. We were there for a long weekend to go to two events. Hotel is inside free tram zone and on tram line with a stop virtually out the door - so super easy connections to shopping, eateries and downtown. Next door to Queen Vic market. Fairly walkable too but with a nearly teen the trams gave options if tired after some long days. Restaurant on site for breakfast. We didn’t use it but seemed popular. Very comfortable room and welcoming helpful staff.

Only minor was the rooms aren’t fully soundproof so this might bug you if you need silence to sleep. Didn’t bother us and earplugs would sort it fine. We were on the Elizabeth St side 7 stories up and you can definitely faintly hear the trams as well as the intermittent street noise from groups of happy people headed home on a Friday night.

On the edge of China town plenty of restaurants to choose from. Friendly barstaff. Good breakfast

We stayed for 3 days. On the last morning we went down to breakfast leaving a good hour before we needed to leave. There was a conference on the staff were busy, but total neglected their clients in the Dinning room leaving us with very little time to eat. Several people complained as did we, several times, but it didn't seem to help they had been fine on the other mornings. It made us very late. we booked an Uber they couldn't come for 30minutes and then didn't show at all leaving us very stressed because we'd wasted so much time waiting for breakfast.. in the end the manager did order us a taxi, which cost us nearly double. Over all a very stressful experience... would I stay there again, I might but would be very careful about everything..

Location brilliant for markets, transport and food Staff friendly and knowledgeable Super comfy king size bed Daily clean towels (if you wish) Cafe on site and food was good I enjoyed my stay and overall good value and neat.

Daily housekeeping could improve by vacuuming more thoroughly and daily. Dust build up around edge where carpet meets the wall was significant in room and hallway. Frame of sofa table really dusty and lounge chair had build up of chip and biscuit crumbs from many previous guests. The carpet in my room was not vacuumed during the 5 day stay. Next time I would ask for a room not facing Elizabeth St. Forgot about trams bells and late night pedestrian traffic nois

Great location, reception staff were amazing, warm and friendly. The room was nice too.

Breakfast was a little chaotic for Sunday morning. It must have been extremely challenging for the 2 staff members taking orders, making coffees, clearing tables, serving the orders, etc. Our food didn’t take long, however, the water for the table, coffees and juice only came after we started eating. Keep in mind, it’s not a buffet-style breakfast, it’s a la carte menu. Nothing bad in general, but it was a little hectic and the guest could feel the stress of the staff.
