Arrived after midnight was great to be able to check in at this hour with on site mgr. Unit was a little small but for one person it was fine, room had a balcony- small but was great to open to the air and watch the street scene. Very handy to shops, restaurants, sights, and trams just a short stroll away, as too train station. Very close to Vic markets to get morning coffee. Felt secure and safe easy access. Shower was a rain head -lovely!! Good size bar fridge to keep things cold with room to fill. Room was warm/ cool without needing to use air con

Thought I had booked room with a washing machine, main reason why I chose the property as my stay was 8 days, (was able to do a hand wash and use my travel clothes line out on balcony which was a positive) Bed a little small and low to ground. No room to entertain if you had guests.

Reception was open for check in and process was straightforward Bed was comfortable and extra doors to close in bed were great for excluding light but also kept the air con out which would've been bad if it was any warmer

Free wifi is woeful. A clear attempt to drive people to pay for the suposedly better option. $100 "hold" on card still hasn't been refunded 5 days later

Good quality accommodation for a good price. The building on the outside is not spectacular but when you get inside, it is nice. Small but good size room for one or two people. I like the small kitchen. Television is good. Good area.

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable but it is ok for a short stay. There could be more cooking utensils.

great location, good value for money

inaccurate advice given at check in (after hours) of the availability of ‘left luggage’ service. We were told it was possible but on Sunday morning when checking out (with no advice and no staff - another couple called someone), we learnt this was not possible on a Sunday as there was no staff. So the thing we didn’t like about the property was the lack of staff. I have no idea if my security deposit will be returned or not.

Walking distance to CBD. Nice apartment with crockery, cutlery and kitchen ware supplied. Washing machine handy for longer stays. Great comfy bed. Have stayed before and would again.

No drying rack in the room but perhaps reception has them available. I didn't need to check.

Good location for a seminar. Right near China town if you are wanting to check out that side of Melbourne. Check in was easy and staff were friendly and helpful

The heater would not turn off, which was a little annoying. The place was basic but met our needs. As usual, beds were too soft. A firmer mattress would be preferred.

The location was excellent for our needs. Early Skybus departure the next day. Close to restaurants, bars and metro.

No staff support over the weekend. Had to help a lady in adjacent room as her Microwave didn't work and she couldn't eat.

Perfect for a CBD week end in Melbourne. Close to Victoria Markets, to the Emporium and Bourke st mall for shopping, eating all meals out and within the free tram zone.

No free parking belong to aprtment to pay for carkpark for overnights parking.. No clothes Hangers… The TV was too small .. no googles..

Comfortable room with kitchenette and dishwasher, own bathroom with washing machine. Close to Queen Victoria Markets.

No tea towels in the kitchen.
