Excellent and spacious apartment in A1 location, with lots of shops and good restaurants around the corner in Lygon Street. Good public transport links. Separate bedroom, plenty of space to hang clothing, spacious bathroom, dishwasher (Note: lint filter at the front!), washing machine and dryer.

There were some cobwebs behind the curtains, and the carpet in the living room -- well, the less said about it the better. Makes for an unnecessarily run-down look. New manager is busy trying to improve the cleaning. Lots of noise at night from Lygon St. I still warmly recommend this apartment!

I loved the location of the accommodation, it was a relatively quiet location considering how close we were to Lygon St. We were walking distance to many Melbourne attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very well set up, beds were comfortable, amenities were all in working order and the room and reception area were very clean.

That there was no swimming pool, some of the dishes could have been a little cleaner and the air conditioner could have been a little stronger as it didn't really cool the bedrooms down only the lounge area.

Great location for Lygon St & Exhibition Building. very clean and neat. Staff helpful. Beds very comfortable, mine had a blanket rather than a doona, a big plus for me. Well appointed kitchenette. Great value for my money

The carpets were very worn, taped over in places. Whilst staff were very helpful they were only on duty from 9am to 4pm on the days I was there so there wasn’t help after these hours. I booked very early and received a great deal but later bookings were full price which I feel was expensive for conditions and services offered

The location was simply perfect, We just wanted to have a meal in Lygon Street and not have to think about parking or driving. We easily found a restaurant short walk away which made for a very relaxed and exjoyable evening. The room was very clean and I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the bed and pillows! The receptionist, Bianca, was delightful and couldn't have been more helpful.

The only thing when we first arrived was that the apartment smelt a bit musty but that was easily remedied by opening the door and letting in some fresh air.

It is very close to Lygon Street and there are a lot of restaurants around. The rooms is clean and big enough for our family. The facilities are good (but we did not have a chance to use them because of emergency).

The after-hours receptionist needs more training. When we called she could not find our booking in her system but I received the message and had a pre check-in link from RMS. It took a while to get my room card finally. There is no guest book in the room.

Great location in Carlton. Very close to CBD and easy walk to tram. Although the studio apartment I stayed in was a little tired looking it was extremely clean.

Only downside were the twin beds put together to form one bed; the mattress on one of them was past its due by. Fine for myself travelling alone as I had the other to sleep on.

Hot shower amazing, bed was comfy and really large, nice view from the balcony, really convenient parking, spacious apartment, location is great liked that it's set back from the main street. Nice walk into CBD

Shower had a little mould 😞, no fan for the bathroom or it wasn't working, no moisturizer in the amenities haha. Silly things to even mention! Prices were heavily inflated due to it being grand prix weekend.

The hotel is just next to the university of Melbourne, where a park is nearby and restaurants are in 5-minutes walk. The whole feelings of the hotel is wonderful. I strongly recommend family visitors or couple visitors book this hotel.

There is a little dust in the room and the bar next to the hotel was quite noisy at night.

great location and great staff. very welcoming place to return to while on a work trip. easy to get a great meal within walking distance of the accommodation. a relaxed time.

the first room I had on the first floor had everything I needed, but there was some corners, like around the washing machine, that needed some cleaning.

. We were able to leave our overnight bags at reception before going to an exhibition. Lovely receptionist.!! Hassle free check in. Great location with lots of great restaurants and a supermarket.

The sofa had some white marks on it and one bedside lamp had a faulty on/off switch.
