Have stayed here before, as location suits us. Clean, neat room with always very comfortable beds. Love the fact that you can open the window for fresh air. Great being able to park car and not have to worry about it. Taxi or Uber into City is not expensive. Will definitely stay again.

This is not what we didn't like but more of a pointing out a few details. 1. Toilet door is not set up for quick access should someone have a heart attack or fall in there. Door should be able to be lift off for quick access. 2. Hot tap (red dot) ran cold (cold tap) ran hot, we didnt care but should a child or elderly person use this they could get scald. 3. No fly screens or locks on windows. Fly screens not an issue really but windows should not be able to be opened right out with a lock of some description. Sorry but I am an OH&S Officer and I take my work with me everywhere unfortunately.

It is a brilliant location with only a short walk to the CBD through the Fitzroy and Treasury Gardens. Its close to Fitzroy, Richmond and Collingwood cafes & restaurants. A relatively quiet spot surrounded by beautifully renovated /maintained terrace houses and some impressive, old larger residences. Comfortable and good value accomodation with essential off street parking.

Not a lot that one can expect at such moderate prices. Could improve the crockery and cutlery available in the room.

Outstanding location - walk to city through Fitzroy Gardens, great Viet restaurant 300m away, surrounded by some of the city's best old houses. Spacious rooms, good kitchen space, laundry & rare free parking for higher vehicles. Very friendly, competent & helpful staff.

Nothing for such a modestly priced hotel.

Location was great for us, being close to all the places we like to visit in East Melbourne. Large room. The staff were accommodating with our request for different bedding configuration and late checkout. Good air con I have stayed in other hotels in the area and this is probably the best.

Bathroom was a bit dated with step up to shower and layout was odd with door that opened onto vanity.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great spot with easy access to trams directly to the city. The room itself is spacious with a couch and a kitchenette. The hotel also supplied an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, mini fridge/freezer and large TV. The parking at the back of the hotel is VERY tight so be cautious if you're driving a larger car. That being said there is ample parking and I never had trouble finding a spot.

The price of the room was quite inflated likely due to it being the Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend in Melbourne.

Within walking distance to the Australian Open tennis . Close to trams. Our room was spacious.

Our room was good although as we were the room at the end near the stairwell , our door kept on shaking (due to windy weather)as if someone was knocking on it. Happened throughout the night, so found it hard to sleep.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close to the city, parks and public transport.

There is some parking available, but it is not guaranteed. Nearby street parking is time limited, which can be a problem if you can't get a spot in the hotel carpark.

Great location for my Hospital stay at Epworth in Richmond 17 min walk to hospital . Great customer service & friendly Check in staff member . Will use this property again when in Melbourne on leisure for sure.

Nothing all great for my needs .

Quiet location, with my own cooking facilities and plenty of space. The location was perfect for attending an event at Rod Laver Arena. I was able to park my car on the property, so it was easy to arrive and leave, which really took the pressure off a visitor from the country!

the staff were so wonderful and helpful. the room was fantastic and comfortable.

the car park was terrible. too small and difficult to navigate. and the owner was blocking the exit to make sure people don’t enter the wrong way however this made getting out almost impossible
