Great facilities and restaurant. Very friendly staff. Very helpfull. Rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Liked that Kino and poker machines were available to entertain guests. Loved the free coffee. I have stayed with this group of hotels, and I must say, I will make this my first choice in accomodation when I visit Melbourne. Thank you team.

There was nothing i didn't like Apart from not able to have breakfast, but, really didn't stop me from booking. Plus side, I won $2000 on the pokies, this made my trip very enjoyable.

Great comfortable bed, large room with easy access. Shower works well and the provided toiletries and coffee tea is adequate. TV works.

No drinks vouchers provided, no 10% off meals as advertised. Stayed for two nights as a couple and got two breakfasts - not four. Rather confusing. They couldn't convert two individual bookings to the same room, rather cancelled the second one and charged more. Not enough wifi, TV wouldn't play Netflix due to slow/patchy connection. Ended up using our own data to play shows.

Room was nice, clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed, apart from a toaster! Bed was soft but still had a good sleep. Meal and drinks at the attached facility was very nice and filling! They have a white rabbit running around the carpark 😅

The staff need some training. Forgetting items like keycard, so you can't get in the door, isn't idea when you are on the second floor. On checkout it says you need to return the keycard - on the website where it explains everything you need to do, but reception isn't open??

Location was convenient. Also pub meal was really good. Loved the shower. Place was clean.

I found the bed to soft but that personal preference. I didn’t get check out instructions and couldn’t find any in the room or on the website. I was leaving early before any staff were there and couldn’t find a key return or anything so just left the key in the room and closed the door hoping for the best.

From the moment we walked into the room and felt the warmth of the air con that was already on for us, we felt very special. We certainly had a good night's sleep in the comfy bed after an 8 hour drive. The bathroom was set up well, the shower was extra big. I would have liked to have seen a hair-dryer in the bathroom though and a box of tissues. Overall the room was well equipped for our overnight stay. Thank you

Can't complain, it was a great modern room

I had a late check in and the staff were so accommodating, lovely and understanding. There was water in the room which was so helpful as I arrived around 2AM. Bed was SO comfortable! First time in Melbourne and had to stay at a place located outside of the city for early collection the next day. 10 out of 10 recommend this place. Staff excels in a warm welcome and hospitality 👏🏻

The room was very nice and clean. Everything looked updated. Comfy bed, with extra blanket and plenty of pillows. Room had a mini fridge, kettle and water bottles provided. When checking in was given a little breakfast box with cereal, juice and muesli bar. Overall was fairly a quiet location and away from the Pokies/bar building there. Lots of parking available.

Couldn't find where to check out in the morning. Doors to reception in the main building with the Pokies were all locked. Was able to leave my key with the cleaning lady who was around. Fairly quiet, someone was revving the it car in the middle of the night loudly and had someone bang on my door.

Everyone was friendly from the lady who checked me in, through to the staff who delivered our meals. The location was perfect. The facilities from the Sports Bar to the dining areas and through to the casino were 1st class and very comfortable..

Nice and clean hotel room and helpful staff. It has a good bistrol food. It is a good hotel to stay

It would be good if the room has microwave oven. The hotel reception counter could open a little bit earlier than 10am.

The location was a bit further out then expected and the train station 1km away was closed with very little information about substitute buses (not hotels fault but just frustrating)
